Andy has been an amazing help. Made the process really quick and easy. He was really helpful with our choices throughout the process. Would strongly recommend booking through the floor store if you’re changing your flooring.

Fantastic service and fitting
Fantastic service at the store and fantastic fitting. Staff at Floorstore Outlet Leeds have been knowledge and helpful to get the most out of the living room carpet to include a small hallway carpeted for my mums small flat.
Aditionally, my whole house has been carpeted at different times by this store too.
Prices here are better than anywhere else I have been for the same carpets and vinyl. I travel from Harrogate to Leeds every time because they are the best.

Great help and experience.
I have no clue about flooring or measurements. I was nervous at first but had an incredible experience with one of their staff Andy. Helped me with sizing and materials. Excellent experience after all.

Fantastic Customer Service
I’m absolutely delighted to update my review of Floorstore.
After initially being disappointed with my experience regarding a return, I contacted the Managing Director directly to explain my concerns. I have to say, the way the matter was handled afterwards was absolutely fantastic.
The Managing Director personally listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. I was extremely pleased to receive a full refund, and I genuinely appreciate the time, understanding and professionalism shown.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to listen to its customers and put things right when something hasn’t gone as expected.
I’m very grateful for the way this was resolved and I’m more than happy to completely change my original review. Floorstore have shown excellent customer service, and I would now have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our 25% returns charge forms part of our standard returns policy and was clearly set out in the terms agreed and signed at the time of purchase. While we appreciate this was not the outcome you had hoped for, the policy was applied consistently in this instance.
