Poor fitting …
The sale staff were great but unfortunately the fitting team let them down there have not put any carpet grips down and have got glue all over the tresshold strip and it is lifting at one end
When I spoke with the fitting team there said no grips put down because its a concrete floor but we have alway had grips put down before
There said there sort the tresshold out but still have not turned up yet to put it right

We’re sorry to hear about the issues with your fitting, particularly after such a positive experience with our sales team. This isn’t the standard of service we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration that the threshold strip has still not been put right. Please contact your local store with your order details so the team can investigate and arrange for the outstanding work to be resolved as soon as possible.

The flooring looks great & has been fitted really well by Jonathan & Johnny, who worked long & late.
We were short on a couple of boxes of tiles as someone had used the 'old sheet' with the measurements on , which is why I have only given 4 stars on this occasion but we got it done & its a professional job .
Our kitchen wasn't the easiest as we have had 2 small extensions to the original kitchen.
And thanks to Johnny for being so understanding with my cat Lily who was following him around.
