Flooring Megastore Omdömen 

Despite initially informing me there was a delay with my order Flooring Megastore managed to get my order and delivered within the time I requested - so thankyou FM - we haven't put the flooring down yet but it looks good quality and the colour is better than I expected.Good price with FM too.

Great experience buying online from flooring Megastore. Martin Allen sales advisor, his customer service was above and beyond. I ordered 2 carpets plus underlay, along with 2 rolls of vinyl flooring. Delivery dates were spot on, and any emails to Martin were quickly responded to , without delay. Thank you Martin for all your help, I will be ordering again in the next few weeks, so look forward to doing business with you again

My delivery driver rang to say they cannot deliver today so I am having to pick the flooring up myself from the depot 6 months pregnant.

Avoid! You have been warned!

I chose to disregard the negative reviews because a member of staff confirmed by email that the product I wanted was in stock but in short supply so I should purchase asap. I did!

I was surprised that the next communication received advised they’d check availability with the supplier!
2 days later I was informed order could not be fulfilled. I was only looking to buy 2m x 3.6m.

Disappointed and annoyed to have to begin my search again.

Price was good but the absence of telephone number was frustrating.

Money re funded but I remain unimpressed by this company’s attitude to Customer Service!

Great price & excellent service, could not fault it.

Wouldn't send samples. Couldn't speak with anyone on the phone. Wouldn't advise how true to colour the images were. Vague on a question about returns and then a grand finale of not having the stock that was showing as available when ordered on line.

Really disappointed. Placed an order and received confirmation, only to be told the item isn’t available.
I read reviewed that this has also happened to others. Surely stock levels are updated before orders are accepted?!

I can't create an account to follow my order. It recognises my email address but won't let me reset the password and I have no idea when my goods are coming.

Placed an order for flooring which was stated as in stock on the website on 28/10. I then received an email 4 days later stating the flooring was not in stock and the delay would be over 4 weeks! I checked the website when I received the email and it was still showing as in stock so clearly they are taking money regardless of stock in the hope people will wait over 4 weeks for a delivery (of which they charge £35 for too!). Also, the website STILL
shows as in stock at this very moment I’m writing this review (8 days after the original order).

Absolutely dreadful company. First order cancelled as no stock. Emails requesting help not answered, website then wouldn’t accept orders and phone calls not answered. Ordered elsewhere in the end from a company whose website worked, answered their phone and gave helpful advice.

Waited in all day for a delivery that I was told would be coming today, It never came.
I’m none the wiser as to when it might as I can’t seem to get a reply from customer service and there are no numbers available to call.
The delivery fee is high and for it you’d expect a time slot or additional information other than between 8am & 6pm.
No service given.
Very disappointed.

The ordering process was straightforward, however the item was shown in stock and when order was placed I was contacted to advise item would need to be ordered with a 3 week delivery time .
Trying to contact megastore was difficult as they have no tell no. and they do not reply immediately to emails . A bit of a nightmare .

Been trying to contact the company to get a delivery date has nearly been a week and still can’t get hold of anyone or a reply to my emails, Delivery company have not contacted my either with a delivery date

After checking the sites of MANY different companies, I can honestly say that FM was the cheapest and their help and customer service second to none. The shop in the next town wanted more than twice the price for exactly the same make and same choice of laminate. FM arranged delivery and the truck driver kept me informed and was extremely helpful. I cannot recomment FM enough. I am very grateful and impressed. Thank you and well done. JR Carterton

Very easy ordering process and speedy delivery. Great quality carpet at a fraction of the price which I would have paid at one of the large chain stores.

I have used Flooring Megastore for a previous order which went fine. Since then it now seems impossible to contact them in regards to a new order. They have stopped manning their phone lines so you can’t call them to speak to a person. Also they have stopped relying to any emails or the contact form on the website. Seems very strange they are now impossible to contact.

It would be useful to know if product were out of stock before paying in full for them…
