This was my first time ordering from this website. The checkout process went smoothly and I didn’t run into any issues. The order arrived in good condition and everything was included as expected. It would be helpful to have clearer delivery time estimates during the ordering process.

Very pleased with UGG sandals, great price! Only waited 2wks for delivery and well informed emails,any queries were answered immediately!

These are counterfeit goods. I ordered them from Instagram ad and they were despatched from China. They have arrived but are clearly fakes. I ordered some genuine ones from a UK store and side by side they are very different. If I could upload a photo on here I would. Do not buy from this company.

not a perfect shopping but still positive for me. delivery delay happen but item come without issue. quality is good and usable for daily wear. i think they can improve shipping but product side is fine.

product i receive look same like website. material feel okay and comfortable for daily use. only delivery late but rest all fine.

I order shoes from Flomera to try something new. Product quality actually good and looks same like pictures. Delivery take some extra days but item come safe. Overall I feel satisfied with purchase.

How can this Company improve? By not duping customers!
By being honest about the products & not trying to sell UGGS as the originals.
These are FAKE ... lookalikes, whatever else you want to call them.
When questioned they answer with a generic response about defamation of their Company .... how ironic!
They send out the same email to unhappy buyers offering a 2nd pair at a reduced cost, instead of refunding.
They are shipped from China, they take weeks & weeks to arrive.
How do UK trading laws allow this counterfeit Company to trade?
I listed my new pair on Vinted as they didn't fit & Vinted immediately marked them as FAKE & refused the listing.
Buyer beware!!

Brilliant quality my 3rd pair now just take a while to come but worth the wait love them

Not delivered to my address, told it was delivered to a business, and showing me an image of a domestic door. No real answer to what we do after parting with money. I will take my business elsewhere. Mobile number that is not answered for customer support, or lack of it as it maybe. JOKE COMPANY DO NOT USE. i HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE I GUESS I WILL CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS INSTEAD.

Absolutely love these shoes! They’re so good I’m already getting a second pair. On top of that, the customer service team is amazing—super helpful and quick to respond.

My order still not arrived ordered on 27th Dec .
They message back saying theyll be hete soon, but no joy as yet!!. Im hoping I get my money back if not delivered ?

ordered some Ugg taz shoes and just received them they are amazing quality and I also got a fab pair of socks that go perfectly with them the order was swift considering it was near Christmas and I was kept updated with the tracking all the way through it will not be my last order already got my eye on my next purchase

Ok it’s a long experience. Ordered Ugg platform slippers on the 7th December and arrived 23rd December. I was wondering if they would eventually come as the tracking no I had did not match up with Evri. A few emails back and forth and they turned up today. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of them. They are true to size and fit perfectly. Would have given 5* had they arrived quicker.
