To anyone else reading: Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, or if you are unhappy for any reason (Gustav did not). There are lots of things that we can provide to you in addition to a web site. We can hand-kern designs, fill-in missing characters, or even create entirely new artwork!

Your 3rd ambigram from FlipScript was a little trickier than your first 2 ambigrams, but we never charge to create new artwork, and we're happy that it all came together.

I have used FlipScript in the past to design a tattoo that turned out great. Now that I had another idea for another ambigram tattoo, I naturally came back to FlipScript. I ordered the wrong font and their customer service representative was incredible and made changing the font seamless. I am looking forward to receiving the design and getting in a chair/table to have it done!

Hi Denisse. Perhaps it is the language barrier, but we clearly state what is included in several separate places before you get to the purchase page, so it should not have been a surprise. We are happy that you love our ambigrams so much that you want more.
