Please don't use this company
Please don't use this company, I don't understand why it has such high ratings. Just booked a flight for 5 this morning on the website. Then received an e mail saying Your booking is under process of airline confirmation please except my apologies for the inconvenience one of our sales team will be in touch shortly. I checked my credit card and the payment had already been taken out so I assumed it had gone through. Then we phoned them to confirm this had gone through and after holding on for ages they came back and said the taxes had gone up and we had to pay an extra £290 each. We could not do this so said we would have to cancel the booking. They then said we had to pay £45 cancellation fee. Ok said that was unfair as had we known the correct price in the first place we would not have booked it. I then spoke to the manager who then said the cancellation fee was £115 each, I said your representative just said it was £45, he then said as a gesture of faith he would charge the £45, so I have lost money and still have no flights. Please do not book through this company, I would hate anyone else to loose money.

Flighttrotter, voleurs et arnaqueurs.
Ils vous proposent des vols aller/retour à bas prix et une fois que vous avez payé ils vous envoient un message vous demandant de les rappeler rapidement et c'est là que l'arnaque commence.Ils vous disent que le vol retour n'est pas garantie et qu'il faut payer encore 300 dollars pour vous assurer d'avoir le vol retour.J'ai demandé le remboursement de mes billets et là ils m'ont facturé 175 dollars de frais de traitement.
Merci flighttrotter vous êtes des voleurs sans scrupules.A fuire...

Booked a flight to Chicago. They called me not even two hours later and said they can do better ticket but for twice the price. I have confirmed flight to Chicago but no return flight!!! And they do not want to return my money!!! Do not use them. I never will and will tell everyone to beware of scammers like that

En effet on est le 21 août 2024, j’ai payé un ticket de vol avec flighttrotters à $1415.43. Il m’ on envoyé les détails de confirmation dans mon e-mail. Cependant 3h après il me rappelle en me disant que le prix que j’ai déjà payé est changé que je dois ajouter $ 900 dollars canadien. Alors que j’ai déjà tout les informations du ticket de voyage. Ça c’est incompréhensible et frustrant je ne pense jamais suggéré ce compagnie à un ami où famille.

Faites vraiment attention!!!!! Je viens d'acheter un billet de 975$ et après 30 minutes je reçois un appel d'un conseiller qui me disait que vous devez payer 344$ de plus!! ou si j'annule je doit payer une pénalité ! C'est du n'importe quoi et ce n'est pas sérieux!!

Mauvaise représentation de prix !! Après avoir réservé un voyage au coût de 1263$, un représentant de flight trotters nous contacte (30 min plus tard) pour nous aviser de la fluctuation des prix. Le vol est maintenant 600$ plus cher!!! Pedro (certainement faux nom) nous avise que d’annuler le vol entraîne des frais de 300$ par personne, soit 600$ de frais d'annulation et sans billet d'avion !!!!
on nous envoie une confirmation d’annuler, les frais listés ne sont pas les même que sur le site web et elle insiste sur le renvoie d’un courriel pour confirmer la réception.
Au final, nous avons annuler notre carte de crédit en leur expliquant la situation

Fortunately I read the reviews before making any move to book through this website. After visiting their website, they kept sending me emails saying it's too urgent to book with them on the phone.... as well as calls and texts from them. it's too insistent. I never saw that. and I don't know how they received my information (my phone number & my email address) knowing that I hadn't even provided it through their reservation site.... how they can tell by email that they may have issued the tickets and I didn’t even pay online … scammers

Mauvaise représentation de prix !! Après avoir réservé un voyage au coût de 1668$, une représentante de flight trotteur nous contacte (30 min plus tard) pour nous aviser de la fluctuation des prix. Le vol est maintenant 800$ plus cher!!! Elle nous avise que d’annuler le vol entraîne des frais de 300$.
Par contre selon leur site web les frais d’annulation sont de 50$ par passager.
Finalement, on nous envoie une confirmation d’annuler, les frais listés ne sont pas les même que sur le site web et elle insiste sur le renvoie d’un courriel pour confirmer la réception.
Au final, nous avons annuler notre carte de crédit en leur expliquant la situation

cher payé pour régulariser notre vol
Finalement Natalia nous a vraiment aider à régulariser notre réservation avec plus de 2 hrs de chat. Il y avait un problème pour le retour. Donc avec une augmentation de prix de 500.$pour deux et deux jours de moins à notre voyage. «c est cher payé je crois !
