I was having some difficulties booking a last minute emergency flight. As I was checking on FlightChannel and navigating, I ended up speaking with Samuel. Samuel took care of everything, advising on why I was having issues, started looking for flights, checking and comparing similar flights and dates to get me the beat deal. He took my headache away and ensured I had the best deal, even holding the seat for a short period while I confirmed everything was OK with my traveling elderly mother. AVOID. Fraudulent activity and terrible service.

I would strongly advise staying away from this company. I booked a flight online and immediately received conflicting emails, one saying "Booking Unsuccessful" and another "Confirmed" with different times. I had to call just to verify if I actually had a seat. Despite being promised an e-ticket within the hour, it took a full day and another follow-up call to receive it.

The ordeal continued when I tried to change my flight details. I was given the run-around for three days, with agents repeatedly promising updates "within the hour" that never came. Eventually, they told me changes weren't even possible until after the first leg of the trip.

Most importantly: This was a brand new company credit card with zero other transactions. Within a week of using it here, the card was compromised with multiple fraud attempts. Save yourself the stress and the security risk, book elsewhere!

I tried booking through skyscanner the booking didnt go through as the seats had sold out. Samuel reached out and got me set up in a seperate seat so I was able to fly home at that time still
