I've had an open ticket since September. Managed to speak to a manager to escalate a ticket, so I could get a response on my issue. Was told I'd get a reply in 72 hours, but I didn't. I called back and was told I'd get a reply in 48 hours. I didn't. So I'm trying to get a call back now by requesting a call back. They called me, but I've been on the phone with no agent, just pure silence for 10 minutes now. When I try to get another call back scheduled, the system just says "a callback has already been scheduled", so now i have no way of getting a call back.

*Update: I got a callback, the person said he'd put me in the queue for a different department to handle my inquiry. He said I'd receive a callback within 30 minutes. It's been 5 hours with no callback and I'm unable to receive any more callbacks because I'm apparently "already scheduled for a callback". This company really doesn't know how to deliver to their customers.

My experience has so far been a bunch of empty promises and being rather optimistic about their capabilities. The online system is so poor in trying to get actual human support. The only way is to dig through their "self-serve" content and request a call back instead of calling myself. So sick of this company and my experience with them. I just want some accurate information and ACTUAL FOLLOWUP from them. It's really annoying being promised followup from the company, but I have to go around chasing them and not being successful getting any communications from them.

I bought my ticket in October for 790 cads, they changed my Itinerary just 2 weeks before my flight, it suppose I have to call them back for tiny advice in my booking, but, unfortunately, they don't have any phone number, I guess to make me search through his webpage. What you find there is nothing, So, by a miracle, I found a number where you can reschedule a call...( I really mean miracle), they offered me to change my Itinerary but for 1100 cads more in exchange, for the Itinerary that they choose, actually I'm paying more money than buying a ticket in another travel agent 1 week before my travel...

Flighthub is a great portal to air tickets! The only problem I have is that it’s difficult for their customer service to assist you once you buy the ticket; you usually need to go directly to the airline if there are any issues. Other than this, I usually buy my tickets from flighthub since I don’t always run into issues.

Every time I have purchased airlines tickets through Flighthub I have always found the best prices and flight times. I have been using this for two years now for all my airlines tickets and have saved myself alot of money doing so. I highly recommend using Flighthub for your travel purchases.

Déconseille fortement. Flighthub m'a fait payer un crédit voyage qui a expiré car la compagnie n'a plus le droit de voler au Canada. Aucune indemnité, aucun remboursement, aucune autre solution de leur part.

I was extremely satisfied with my recent booking with Flight Hub. Everything was very straight forward and easy to book, and we received a confirmation almost immediately afterwards. I would definately go through Flight Hub for all of future bookings.

I had a trouble free experience using flighthub to book my flight on my iphone.

I usually book with Flight hub because you can compare airlines easily on the same screen, sometimes you find flights listed that aren't listed on the individual airline site, and the option of price tracking often helps you get a good deal. My only reservation is it seems complicated to figure out the insurance and extras and what they actually apply to and whether they are coming from flighthub or the actual airline.

It was so easy to make my booking everything was up front. And the price was great

Easy to find flights. I have a hard time booking on other websites but with flight hub I can adjust my dates and find better prices. I like how you guys advertise flexible dates with prices, so it gives me a chance to see alternate flights.

I had to cancel a previous reservation because though I paid for travel insurance it wasn't clear where to find the policy and receipt of payment. Then I found FlightHub which I've just used for the first time. Saved money and got a better deal both on the tickets and the travel insurance coverage. Very satisfied!

I’ve used FlightHub for a few years. There are many services like it, Skyscanner, SkipLagged, Hopper being some. I find I can usually get good deals via flighthub. The one caveat is that they try to add many extra add-ons for you to purchase, but I just skip these or press no a bunch of times.

I think this a fair website and service but sometimes for get the customer service after buying your ticket it is going more hard , when you could talk with them , they will try their the best but my opinion it is not enough
