Due to covid I had to cancel my parents' flights. I'm eligible for a full refund based on AirCanada but trying to get a hold of anyone at Flighthub is a nightmare. I could not even rebook using the credit available and cannot re-assign the credit. I dont know how they are still busy when its been over 4 months of the panedmic and very very few flights available. I called and left my number for a call back, 4 days later no call back. Today I've been on hold for an hour & a half and still nothing. Would not recommend using FlightHub.

i booked a ticket a while back and cause of Covid my flight got cancelled. i tried to call flighthub to get a refund or see what other options i have. It was really hard to actually get someone on the phone and when i did the line cut off. i called back and same thing happened. this all happened in March. 2 months later i finally got a hold of someone and said i could get my money back. i did what they told me to do and was waiting for my refund and i did not get it. i did call them back and again it took forever to get a hold of them and when i did they said i already used my ticket and i went on the plane. which i didnt. i called again and they said they would fix everything and i would get my money back. and now it is sept and i still have not gotten my refund or heard from them.

The only reason I put one star rather than ideally, no stars is because I need to proceed with this review and I'm not given the option of no stars.
A change of return dates was requested by my daughters from the onset during the first call and they asked what would the difference in price be. They were quoted $54.50. They were sent an email requesting that they submit their change in return dates and the cost difference as previously stated. The email would not allow them to SUBMIT the quoted change. My daughters called Flighthub for clarification. The agent said 5 minutes after the attempted submit button failed that the fare now had gone up to more than $100. per ticket. The agent insisted nothing could be done and my daughters reluctantly agreed to the increased fare per ticket. They waited endlessly to receive a confirmation email and finally after a couple of days, said email was received. My daughter's credit card was charged $109.00 per ticket after 5 calls but no confirmation email with valid ticket change with the newly agreed upon dates. Four more calls later, on hold for hours, shifted from agent to agent the matter has not been clarified. Actually, I'm on hold for at least one hour later after speaking to the second transferred to agent. The call was initiated almost 3 hours ago. Is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit? Scammers like this shouldn't be in the business!!!! This site is completely unprofessional. They are unbelievable!!!!
