Excellent response by Bruce Hayden to accommodate particular flights requested and to maintain low prices.

Booked internal Thailand flights with Flight House. One way flights, Phuket to Bangkok for my daughter and I. Couldn't have searched and booked this that quick myself and was pleased with every aspect of the service provided by the call operator.
Call operator Eric, kindly allocated the plan seats as well. Top job, thank you.

The call was answered promptly, with a friendly but professional approach. Every attempt was made to identify solutions to meet our needs.
Leo was helpful, explained everything clearly, sought clarification and came up with a gratifying solution after an afternoon spent trying to access the same information via the Singapore Airlines App & website.

I have used Jasmine Allen many times to book the tickets in the past and just bought tickets from her today. Her service and customer service in terms of going the extra mile she does that religiously. She is calm and very polite and calls you back as promised which today most people never call you back. Well done Jasmine.

Positive and regular contact, helpful with advice and clear with information.

I would like to compliment Bruce who was so professional in handling my booking it was absolutely seamless having used many travel agents in my life I would say Bruce is by far the best I have ever come across and I would recommend him and his company to any prospective traveller I’ve given him five stars I wish I could’ve given him 10 because he was certainly exceptional nigel Hawkes

Booking long-haul flights with multiple stopovers. Leo was very helpful and was happy to go through different option prior to booking. Prices were comparable with other search sites but the personal service made the whole process so much easier. It's reassuring to know we have someone we can contact directly should we have any further queries before our trip

The call agent from start of my purchase for my trip was excellent. Called me and provided me with his direct number for any further queries or support. Price also very good for the ticket that I purchased.

Lionel Kent was superb in dealing with my questions/requests! Outstanding knowledge, manner and demeanour.

Bruce looked after us very well on the two occasions we dealt with him

Eric very efficiently dealt with a flight change that had been worrying me. He made sure I had all the right paperwork and checked that I understood. Excellent service.
