ABRAM WAS MY BOOKING AGENT HE WAS EXCELLENT IN BOOKING MY FLIGHT TO PHILLIPINES GOOD MAN MANAGEMENT SKILLS HE WAS VERY PROFFESIONAL YOU COULD SEE THAT HE WANTED HIS CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY AND TO UPHOLD THE GOOD NAME OF FLIGHTHOUSE

Highly efficient and friendly service!

Nathan and his team were highly friendly and took care of my issue on a timely manner, spending time to find the best solution for me, kept me updated on the progress of my request. Very efficient service, much appreciated!

AMAZING SERVICE

THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH. THE REPRESENTATIVE ERIC WILSON WAS KIND AND COURTEOUS AND WAS NOT IN ANY RUSH. HE RANG ME BACK (WITHOUT REQUEST) AFTER EVERY STAGE OF THE BOOKING PROCESS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL WAS IN ORDER AND IF I NEEDED ANY HELP. NEVER HAD THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER CARE SINCE THE 70'S

I had excellent service from Sam

I had excellent service from, Sam, who guided me through the process of getting a flight ticket and took the time to check with me that all was fine. I needed extra legroom that Sam was able to arrange with no problem.

Unfair treatment

How on earth could a regular customer by a ticket from an agent like flight house for close to £1000 and the customer called to tell them that the journey would not be possible due to some insecurity at the destination.The agent ask the customer to call back a day before the travelling date, the customer was involved in a road accident around the very time that was meant to call, but later call back few weeks to report what happened and was now asking the same agent to help in giving another date but your agent said that’s NO SHOW. The customer pleaded to them not to use the circumstances to give such a callous fadict ,all the pleas fell in the deaf hears of the agent
HOW CAN THEY MADE HIM LOST SUCH AN HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY A REGULAR CUSTOMER

Hi Richard,
We apologize for the delay in responding you.
Indeed you are our one of the most regular & Loyal customer and your loyalty is most valuable to us.

As per our previous conversation (about a week before flight ) as well as our manager guided you that your flight had to be cancelled before the travelling date, because once a flight dates passed then it cannot be cancelled or changed.

We even provided you with the proof of recording of the conversation you had with the agent on the 14th March and you agreed with the agent that You had to call us at least 24 hours before your flight to guide us about your travelling plan.

You need to understand that your flight was not cancelled because we didn't get any instructions from your side and you informed us after 26 days (on the 16th April 2023) that you didn’t travel, by then there was nothing we can do because it was too late & according to the airline’s policy your ticket cannot be reused if action not taken prior to original departure date.

You are dealing with us for past 5 years & we always go extra mile for you in finding the best price.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience you faced & We are still offering the refund of unused airport taxes that will be received from airline for this ticket.
We value our all customers and Wish that all get the best service and do our best for it.
