There service and customer care of the Richmond Flight Centre store is Brilliant !
I have had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ryan at Flight Centre Richmond NSW over the past 2 -3 years. I have needed to book Travel for Myself and Family for pleasure and some Tragic family situations. Each time Ryan has been incredibly dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcome for myself & my family. Ryan is kind, sincere and genuinely investing in ensuring the journey runs seamlessly and exactly what you had expected. He has provided hits and tips to assist with the booking running to plan and offered the most enormous level of compassion and customer care during 2 instances where care and kindness helped ease some of the overwhelming gravity of what we were facing each time.
I will always place my trust in Ryan for my Travel needs based on the Outstanding Customer service and experiences I've has with him and Flight Centre Richmond NSW.

Nicole at Richmond was instantly available to attend to my request to book a trip to Melbourne. She was efficient and friendly and went above and beyond my needs. I will go back again when I have any travel needs. The car hire was also arranged by her. She listened to my needs and concerns and addressed all of them, then got me a great deal. Flight Centre Richmond, AMAZING!
Our travel agent, Ryan, at the Richmond branch was extremely helpful when we planned our trip to Cairns! He made sure to look over all the small details, and was able to assist us whilst we were away as well. I really enjoyed the trip we were able to plan and it was definitely a memorable experience for the both of us!

Cherie from Richmond Flight Centre is amazing!! If I could bottle up her enthusiasm and take it with me everywhere, I would! This is the sixth trip we've booked with Cherie, and as always, everything was perfectly planned—flawless from start to finish. She had every detail organised, and there was nothing left for us to do but enjoy ourselves. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and Cherie always answers with patience, kindness, and that signature sparkle of hers.
