The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, taking the time to find flights that suited our travel dates, needs and budget. I have had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ryan at Flight Centre Richmond NSW over the past 2 -3 years. I have needed to book Travel for Myself and Family for pleasure and some Tragic family situations. Our travel agent, Ryan, at the Richmond branch was extremely helpful when we planned our trip to Cairns! He made sure to look over all the small details, and was able to assist us whilst we were away as well.
