From the very beginning of planning my elderly mother-in-law's trip, Jessica provided outstanding customer service. She greeted us with genuine warmth every time we walked into the store—and trust me, we visited quite a lot! No matter how many questions we had, Jessica always took the time to listen patiently, provide reassurance, and ensure every detail was taken care of.

What truly sets Jessica apart is the care and compassion she showed once my mother-in-law had left Australia. When flights were delayed and travel became stressful, my mother-in-law didn't call an airline—she called Jessica. Knowing Jessica was there to answer her questions, calm her nerves, and reassure her that everything would be okay gave her an incredible sense of comfort and confidence while she was on the other side of the world.

In today's world, it's rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers. Jessica didn't just organise a holiday—she became a trusted source of support for an elderly traveller who was navigating international travel.
