Tanja was the best, thank you Tanja, from the beginning she was very organised and efficient, and a lifesaver thinking outside the box when airline changed my husband’s flight home, making it 1.5 hours earlier, after he had cut off internet access in our flat and never received message … Tanja thought to let me know in Australia and thankfully I was able to WhatsApp him - if not for her forward thinking & risk management, he would have missed the flight. That’s why we went with a travel agent and Flight Centre and Tanja were the best.

In response to the business reply:
our response once again completely misses the point of our complaint.
We have never claimed Flight Centre controls the airline’s seating. We are complaining about Flight Centre’s failure to inform us of the seating policy and properly advise and assist us as our travel agent. We have explained this repeatedly, yet Flight Centre continues to repeat the airline’s policy instead of addressing its own customer service failure.
This response only reinforces our experience of poor communication, lack of accountability and extremely unprofessional complaint handling. We trusted Flight Centre to make our travel easier — instead, it made it considerably more stressful.
We will never use Flight Centre again and will not recommend your services to others.

Hi Judit, I have replied directly to your feedback email, and will put some of the information already provided below again for reference;
To clarify, seating requests are always submitted as requests only, as airlines can remove these from a booking at any point if operationally necessary. Some airlines treat seat selection as a paid ancillary, and I understand there was no paid seating booked for your flights.
While we appreciate the frustration this caused, seat allocation and seating changes are managed exclusively by the operating airline and remain outside the control of Flight Centre.

Great service
Rupa at Flight Centre deserves a medal! She was the third agent I dealt with when organising our honeymoon. And she is the one who actually delivered on what we wanted and provided quotes we were interested in. For some reason she made it so much easier. Thanks so much Rupa! We had a lovely time away in Fiji, at our adults only result, all inclusive.
