Flight Centre Australia - Flight Centre Golden Grove Omdömen 

Dont bother with Flight Centre if you have any complex, or even simple medication requirements.
My partner and I booked an overseas holiday, and declared the insulin dependant diabetes my partner has to Flight Centre as part of their health insure (which is very expensive in comparison ro other companies).

Most reasonable people would know that Insulin requires refrigeration when not in use. Flight Centre booked a hotel for us which we later found out did not have in room fridges.

1. What cheap arse hotel doesnt have a fridge available??? How much of a kickback did Flight Centre get for booking this "new hotel for them"

2. Flight Centre have forced us to book another hotel and have not offered a solution more than 10 days after advising them of the issue. They claim the accommodation is non refundable, despite their obvious mistake.

Moral. If you have a medical problem, take their quote and book it yourself. Their staff are meant to be professional, when they are simply motivated by Greed

The reply by Flight Centre abrogates the responsibility they have under Australian Consumer Law, sections 60,61,62,267 and 268.... And they have actually passed the buck onto their supplier...Not the hotel concerned.

If a refund for the accommodation is not provided, remedy will be sought through TICA and/or court action.

Liz Culpin helped us arrange a delightful stay in Singapore at the Paradox Hotel alongside the Clarke Quay area. It was a very relaxing week spent visiting a few wonderful new highlights that were not there the last time we were in Singapore, such as, 'Gardens by the Bay', the expansive Sentosa Island and lastly on leaving Singapore we had the opportunity to explore the 4 incredible terminals within Changi Airport. The Jewel was a highlight, housing an amazing waterfall as well as the Butterfly enclosure which was quite magical. All in all, we had a terrific time and hope to head back in a few years' time. Look forward to a future visit with Liz at the Golden Grove Flight Centre to start planning our next holiday. Can't wait!!

As always, we make any flight related appointments with Bernice as we have been seeing her for many years. She is, in our opinion an absolute gem. This is our 4th overseas trip booked with her and everything from departure to arrival is seamless. Nothing is too much for her and she makes you feel like you are her only client.
