Flight Centre Australia - Flight Centre Browns Plains Omdömen

I just had to write my first ever review. Top marks to Christie at Browns Plains store after I had to change our travel arrangements, I found out that Christie was sorting it all out for me on her RDO. Many thanks and would recommend Christie for any travel bookings.

Super easy once again Christie goes out of her way to get everything completed the way you want it,

Our consultant was very helpful and made our booking easy to follow and we appreciate her understanding our age and assistance we may require. We would ask for this lady for any trips we may plan in the future.

It took a quick call to Renee from Browns plains flight centre and our trip was booked confirmed and all details sorted with Renee help.

Christie was fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with changes I requested. This was my first experience with Flight Centre and won't be my last.

Isabella was great to work with and even when I made major changes to my plans she was quick to provide options and make changes without any fuss or bother. Excellent service from Bella

We were greeted upon entry of the travel agents.
Renee became our representative, which she did with professionalism, and pleasant mannerisms.
We had lots of questions which Renee answered in detail. As a couple in the older generation and the many changes to international travel, Renee took all that pressure off us, and did much of the preparation for us. Definitely will be back for future travel.

We always get great service doing our holiday bookings with flightcentre, we always deal with Renee from Browns Plains, who gives 100% in arranging all our needs from flights, hotels and cruises, she always shows us different options regarding seating on flights, to where hotels are located from cruise terminals

Your travel adviser Renee is so helpful and makes the whole experience of booking a pleasure, I feel excited about my holiday after planning it with Renee, flights, cruises and accomodation have all been fantastic

Renee Bosboom went above and beyond she was amazing , she gave us recommendations and helped us plan and book our honeymoon.
We had an amazing trip she even organised a surprise for us while we were is the US. I recommend Renee to everyone. We visited her again when we got back to book our next holiday.

Bella from flight centre Grand Plaza Browns Plains, was wonderful in her information and trying to sort out the best deals for our cruises. I highly recommend Bella to assist you in planning your next holiday.

Have had a very pleasant and helpful experience with booking our holiday. Flight Centre representative Bella was excellent.

Renee Bosboom from Browns Plains FC has been organising our trips for the past few years and has never left anything for us to follow up. She has always secured the best flights, tours and accommodation for us and has always been prompt in responding to any questions we have had.

Bella at Browns plains is totally deserving of 5 stars. We have booked 3 overseas trips with her in the last couple of years.
She is always so pleasant, so knowledgeable and totally professional as our agent. Bella is also so patient with my wife and I when we are not totally sure what we want to do re our travel! I have recommended Bella to our friends and acquaintances contemplating travel.

Christie was great with answering my questions ans showing me options for our trip. Highly recommend
