Booking through flight centre gives you peace of mind as our travel consultant Kurt was very knowledgeable & patient. We made several visits & many emails. He helped us plan our 6 week vacation to Thailand & Vietnam & including On the go tours. He went above & beyond responding to emails even though it was his days off.

Casey was super helpful with our booking to Rarotonga and gave her own experience as well. She didnt just book the first flights or accomodation we thought looked good but checked around to get better times/deals for our money.

I tried to find the easiest way to get to Vietnam and struggled to get it right. I’d used Flight Centre before so thought I’d go back there. Kurt Johnston from Botany was my travel agent and I found him really easy to deal with. He was friendly, he knew his stuff and he cut out all the stress for me. The whole process was just so quick and easy.

I was struggling with booking a domestic flight “ on line “ with an airline I hadn’t flown with before. Decided after an hour or two of total frustration to travel to my local Botany Flight Centre where the most lovely and helpful Ally had me sorted in no time . So happy and grateful to her and won’t hesitate to reach out to her and Flight Centre for any future travels .

Flynn Cox provided excellent customer service in booking my conference flights and a tour package. He's great to work with. If the rest of my trip goes as well as the booking did I'll be very happy!
