I had the pleasure of working with Cassie Knight at the Te Awa Hamilton store. We are travelling to the USA for a special wedding and our booking was complicated and became more so as time went on. My extended family in Australia heard about my experience with Cassie and asked me to also book them through Cassie, I trusted her completely. She dealt with changes, refunds, rebooking, transfers to and from airports, motels, more changes, more add ons, more cancellations, more refunds, more changes. I'm sure I was the client from hell 🫣. I actually found out she would wake in the night remembering something that she needed to do for us, only to realise she had done it, she went above and beyond for our family. Cassie always kept in contact with me via email and phone calls, not once did she ever make me feel like I was a burden, and I'm sure I was. She was consistently a joy to work with, she is calm and very knowledgeable about everything to do with our trip, that would put me at ease. I noticed Cassie had pad paper and a pen by her computer and watched her jot down notes for her to action and follow-up for me. I could not have managed this complicated trip without her, this was not a 5 star experience, it was a 100 stars. I hope Cassie stays with Flight Centre TeRapa, I'd never want to book a trip without her. Thank you Cassie!!! 🥰

I have recently returned from a trip to China organised by Thaddeus D'souza (Auckland). The trip was very well organised and all the necessary information for the trip was provided by Thaddeus in a timely and friendly manner. It was a wonderful trip and the package included some lovely food experiences and great tours. Definitely a trip to remember. I will surely use them for future trips and holidays. Terrible experience from Flight Center support. Contacted them for a name change of passenger and they took like 20 days and was never delivered on time. You just go from person to person without getting much help. Absolutely terrible. I'd highly recommend not to use Flight Center at all. Infact book directly from the airlines website

Travelling as a group you made it so easy for us to book! We had the most amazing time in Rarotonga. The crown accomodation was perfection we loved the staff and location. You really sorted us out from the airport transfers making our life so easy to the buffet breakfast! 10/10

My experience with Flight Centre was terrible. I booked flights to Japan and Thailand, and I was told twice after they checked their system that I did not need a visa to visit Japan. I trusted the information they gave me, but on the day of the flight to Japan, I was not allowed to board the plane.

Even though they admitted it was entirely their mistake and rearranged my flights to Thailand, they refused to refund the full cost of the tickets to Japan. In the end, I paid for a trip I couldn’t take, and they only refunded the cost of the hotels, which was less than a quarter of what I lost.
