What made our experience so great is having Wenke Fast as our agent. She took so much time designing our perfect vacation that includes a Scandinavian Cruise with excursions before, during and after our cruise. She even went the extra mile and capitalized on a one-day promo to get us upgraded to a Concierge State Room that ended up being less expensive with more amenities. This was our first time with Wenke but certainly not our last! Highly recommend her and the friendly helpful team at Flight Centre Orchard Park!

Having Kelly at Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna is a not only a win for all customers wanting to book their next adventure. But also, a complete asset to Flight Center. Her 16 years with Flight center speak volume in itself. Kelly has been booking my flights for business & personal adventures since 2014. There have not been any major incidents with my travel arrangements to date. Any minor hiccups, Kelly was only a phone call, text or e mail away to help iron out any wrinkle. So knowledgeable, understanding and willing to get every detail dialed in for your required needs. Kelly has met all my expectations& beyond. I am so blessed to have Kelly as my Travel agent.

Jason took time to hunt up the best routes possible and made changes when we had to alter the flights. Always friendly and very helpful. Would recommend him for both flights and vacations as his advice is spot on.

Hilary has been simply amazing to deal with and made this entire experience simple and flawless. We made this poor woman book a trip for 2 groups, from 3 different cities for 100 people and 2 weddings. She also had to deal with 2 brides and a mom-in-law, and made everything seamless and simple. I have returned from an amazing trip in Puerto Vallarta with family ranging from ages 4-69. We chose this trip with only a month before spring break and all of us had to fly from 3 different airports. Wenche Fast (my agent) was absolutely amazing to make this all come together!!! She was so responsive when it came to all the delays we encountered with WestJet and kept us in the loop at all times. I’m very impressed and I would always have Wenche help me with each and every trip.
