I had the great pleasure of having Kay aka “ Dotty” who was wonderfully engaging,very funny, and totally professional. I had been booking “ on line”……Dotty is way more fun‼️

I walked into Flight Centre at Yonge and Bloor last Thursday and wanted to go away two days later. Kay was Outstanding!!! She narrowed down the possibilities quickly and the decision was made fast. To Cancún I went and had a blast!!!

My husband and I were experiencing the winter blues hard, and so we thought using a travel agency to help us find an all inclusive somewhere warm and where we had not yet experienced was the way to go.
We got connected to Kay, who went above and beyond for us! She listened to our wants AND needs, and asked all the right questions to book us an all inclusive that exceeded our expectations in Cancun, Mexico, within Playa del Carmen! Kay also ensured to keep us well informed as we looked into our options, and ensured we understood what we were committing to from start to finish. Not only did she do this, but Kay was also very communicative regarding any changes or concerns we or Flight Centre had, even when we were already on our trip and experiencing it - for example, reaching out to make sure we knew our flight had gotten delayed, and checking the weather/ocean conditions.

All in all, we feel so lucky and know we got the best service. We had an incredible, memorable time and will definitely be using Flight Centre and ask for Kay again!

My experience working with Kay from the onset was beyond incredible. I felt like a priority at all times. Our trip to Cuba was cancelled less then a week before we were set to depart, with no flexibility to change our dates. Kay quickly gathered options, and ones that checked all our boxes based on her listening to what was important to me and my budget. The level of information, and what to expect at our new destination was so appreciated and it made this experience stress free. While down in Mexico, Kay made it a point to check in, make sure we were good, and once home I received a welcome home email. Other agents at different organizations have never done this... basically once the deal was sealed they moved along, but not Kay, she still continued to make me a priority. I will continue to trust Kay at Flight Centre with all future trips/destinations we have on our bucket list. It's apparent she loves what she does, and cares about her clients.

Stephanie was excellent. She has promptly found a tour package for my special needs.

Staff are great at this location! Jeff P. was particularly helpful, responsive and knowledgable. Could not have asked for better support!

Brei was my travel agent. She was super sweet and attentive. She worked with us to find a flight that was within our budget and tight travel dates. Super happy either way the experience. The trip was wonderful.

Jamie Collins is my go-to agent for travel now, having engaged his expertise twice in 2025. He's very knowledgable and respectful of budget and any other particulars I've requested. He makes well-informed suggestions and I appreciate his rapid updates and in-touch communication style.

My Travel Advisor, Jamie Collins, was awesome. He not only did a remarkable job at putting together a complicated itinerary for 2 of us who were starting in different cities, but he was there to calm my nerves when I couldn't figure out my itinerary. Thanks for your patience, sense of humour and all-around superior expertise, Jamie!

Brei Wilson was amazing. I was moving abroad with my dog and was anxious about everything that was involved as it was slightly complicated but she immediately put me at ease. She was really nice, professional, patient with all my questions and had a lovely positive attitude. When I had to suddenly reschedule my flight because of upcoming strike action, she again did her magic and had everything arranged in mere minutes.

I’m so thankful for Brei’s help with a last minute trip. Her response time is very fast. She understood my preferences for the flights and all has been accomplished with professionalism, efficiency and kindness. Thanks so much Brei!!!

Flight Centre doesn't even deserve one star. We cancelled our trip well within the deadline and we're still waiting for our refund - more than one month later. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. Expedia will refund your money - in full - within a day or two.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, even though I wasn't ready to book. I will definitely come back once I make up my mind.
