Terrible customer service. Sent me faulty device and refused to replace.

Had to pay customs invoice that was never mentioned when purchasing. Additional £100 on top the item. No reply from customer service via email. Do not buy from them.

So this is a little lengthy but bare with. I signed up to a fitness app and one of the perks were a discount for Flextron. So I went through the app and thought I would treat myself to a cupping device, wouldn't give me any extra off but no big deal I purchased anyway.

After waiting a little and not receiving anything other than the invoice page I decided to contact them both via email and the form on their website, after this I get an email back of the invoice saying cancelled and money refunded, no explanation as to why, but the money was refunded. I thought it was strange not to have a reason why. So about a week after this an advert pops up offering a sale from Flextron after browsing on my phone. After looking I realised that the original cupping device I ordered must have been the old version so I will take some blame for that as I went through an app and not direct through the website. If they would have contacted me to explain this that would have been helpful and I would have paid the difference and had the new version but instead they cancelled it.

So I then ordered the new version of the cupping device as I assumed the reason why there was a mistake last time with not ordering direct but still no actual reason as to why.

The order for the second attempt of me buying a cupping device has also been a terrible experience! So I ordered and paid for the new device on the 28th December 2024 and as of writing this review today I have not received my product. I have tried again to contact them sending 4 emails and submitting 3 or 4 of the forms on their website to try to contact them and resolve my issue but it seems customer service is non existent. There is no other way of contacting them, I have tried to reach out, I have been patient but this is absolutely ridiculous!
If they read this review I would like them to contact me regarding this because I either want the product that I paid for or a full refund. Otherwise I have to go through my bank to try and get my money back.

I don't get how people can run a business this way, it seems to me they don't care about their customers at all. I would avoid this company!

To sum up why a one star review:
Can't give zero stars otherwise I would,
Haven't received my order,
Rubbish customer service,
No reply from emails or via their form on website.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

So update, Flextron emailed me saying they would contact Royal Mail to find out what is going on. That was on the 12/2/25. They must be waiting for the pigeon to return with a reply as it is now the 21/2/25 and still I am waiting for a reply back and still no product that I have paid for!

So another update, Flextron contacted me saying that another one will be sent out with a free gift, sounds great, however, they said it will now be sent out with DHL and gave me a new tracking number, low and behold the tracking number is not recognised, so contacted them again 2 times to address this and no reply yet. I don't get why it takes so long to reply or for my parcel to be delivered! Absolutely ridiculous!

So update on this, again a few more messages to ask what is happening with my parcel and again no response but it did finally arrive late this afternoon. The product itself is good, great quality, easy to follow instructions, If the review was based on product alone I would probably give it 4 stars only had a quick go of it but the battery started to go as I hadn't put it on a charge.

The problem with Flextron is ridiculous delivery times, remember it was ordered 28th of December 2024 and finally got delivered today 17th March 2025! And also the communication, they are just far too slow when replying to messages. If they could sort these issues out I have no doubt they would be a great company, it's a shame. They did include a free gift as an apology which was a nice bobble hat so thank you for that, just hope they do improve as it has put me off ordering anything else.

I recently purchased the full leg compression boots, and they have instrumental in aiding my recovery after workouts. The product quality is impressive. Delivery was prompt, arriving with the expected timeframe.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this company has really got to me. I have severe tendinitis in both ankles and I needed them asap. Please don’t use this company. The customer service is awful. They don’t reply to emails and they have no phone number to contact them. I bought some recovery boots from an English firm distribution Centre is in Milton Keynes about 160 miles from me . I paid extra for delivery to be delivered in 2/5 days. according to their website, they had them in stock and still do two weeks later. A week later I get an email saying they have been Dispatched what I didn’t know is they are being dispatched from Australia and I will have to pay an extra £65 import tax when I actually received them nearly two weeks after ordering them, they have an Australian plug built into them so I cannot use them without spending extra money on a plug to convert it. I will be taking this further to the ombudsman to get a refund

Purchased the Leg Compression Massager Recovery Boots - they don’t work at all - sent emails with videos back to the sales email contact and no response
Updated Mar’25 - as feedback clarification was sent back from Flextron (Jan’25) and have worked fine ever since. Perhaps could add this clarification in the pack sent out. All good and fine them great specially for a runner

Had a great experience using this product for the last 5 months. My injuries have recovered at an exceptional speed. More energy levels during my runs and workouts and less pain. I am so happy with this product. Thank you so much

Great bit of kit! Best thing I’ve purchased - As a hockey player with a busy and fast paced schedule these make recovery easy and simple! Very good and would highly recommend

Probably the most powerful recovery boots I have tried! Portable, rechargeable device with a travel bag is perfect for on the go sports treatments!

My daughter who is 16 but very active with netball and running uses these. After doing alot of research and and reviews we chose flexron and so glad we did. They came very quickly and they are amazing. She can definitely feel the difference after using them. Would highly recommend.

Ordered Flextron Compression boots on the 10th Aug, after a bit of a delay in dispatching they arrived today. They were as good as I had hoped

wish i could give 0 stars ordered boots got an email straight away then nothing customer service wont answer emails no reply shop app says nothing will have to claim with my credit card i think this is a terrible company BEWARE

Like so many others whose comments here I wish I had read beforehand, I have not received the product in months of waiting. The customer service department is completely unresponsive at this point except for replying on one occasion to say that I cannot have a refund!
Absolutely scandalous.
Now it is November, and despite having paid for re-shipping, nothing has been delivered. I write emails to them and on the occasion of every 10th email, I get an anonymous ("Sales") response saying something like "Heavens, that shouldn't be- I will check up on it right away!" but then nothing. This company is completely out of control or else they are just an internet scam. I am very happy to change my review if someone at Flextron with their head on their shoulders can get me my order during my lifetime.

I’d like to give these boots 5 stars, as for the price they are amazing! Unfortunately though the customer service experience received was far from 5 star! Keeping to the boots for the review, I haven’t put the pressure up to its maximum capacity yet, they are some powerful compression boots! Really easy to use, simple to follow instructions and come with a great carry case for storage.

As for the company - Be warned, they do not deliver in the specified time period and are not quick in replying to emails, leaving you feeling that if there were any issues with the boots you would not have a good experience trying to resolve it! Flextron - sort your customer service issues out!

Quick delivery, even if not free like competitors, good product.
I thought it seemed even in medium it was not suited to anyone not so tall, I’m 5’6 and found them quite long then looked on box and
Flextron have sent large size. Like that they have a battery life and great value in comparison to other brands but unfortunately can’t use them and no response from customer services so far.

Update: half resolved the issue flextron finally replied a few weeks later , but the replacement didn’t come with the right size wire covers and had to reassemble myself. Product is difficult to use without these as chambers don’t inflate properly when wires aren’t held in place correctly. Flextron haven’t responded to my emails about the latter matter 4 weeks on.
