Have sold and purchased through Flexi Agent and have always found them professional and efficient. Loved that I could communicate with them outside office hours so didn't interfere with my job. They arranged viewing days which was much better than having people coming on different days as I couldn't keep missing work.

Just completed on a house, my contact at Flexiagent was Julie. Excellent service from her, good communications, professional and pro active to complete the sale.
The people who carry out the viewings are also friendly.

So we queried measurements that Flexi Agent had used on a house we were looking at as the measurements didn’t make sense when the house was meant to be bigger than our existing for seemed smaller. We had them checked and turns out Flexi Agent were wrong, this was challenged to which the response was “our Quantity Surveyor is an expert and knows what they are doing”, to which we responded saying it’s an error on the site then and we were still told it was right and we were wrong so we explained it’s fraud and miss-selling. Lo and behold the house dimensions were reduced later that day c.30m squared less than originally advertised. A month or so later and the house dimensions had increased again by 10m squared. We spoke to friends who have looked at Flexi Agent properties and used Flexi Agent themselves and they found this exact same experience. It seems Flexi Agent or someone working for them is falsely advertising larger floor space on the properties they are selling portraying better value for money. Please ensure you either have the floor measurements independently checked or check it yourself to avoid having a smaller house than advertised

Never rent flat of this Agent because they look after the property on 168 Rufford Road Southport and Sarah mella that owns community care deirct has flats under kc investments on 168 Rufford Road and she gave me Section 21 for no villd reason at all so don't rent off here though this Agent because she can gave you a Section 21 at anny time she feels like it because she is not a nice person I have done nothing wrong to up set here and I have got a disability and she doesn't care how vulnerable I am she has made me homeless some one with a disability how bad is that she doesn't care ho she upsets as long as she gets here own way with people she loves to upset people and the Section 21 is not valid because I have looked at it and it has been typed up by someone uesing a computer useing a word program and printed out

We have had an excellent experience selling through Flexi Agent - everything is done so quickly and you are always kept updated, we’ve had prompt feedback after every viewing, and when our initial sale fell through, the house was back on the market within an hour and 6 viewings booked in, which led to Julie negotiating a sale for us within 36 hours of it falling through. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Flexi Agent around 10.30 am on Sunday the 04/02/24 to request a viewing for a property added to Rightmove on the 02/02/24. The agent I spoke to asked when I was free for a viewing, I was very excited about the property and keen to view asap & happy to see it on that day if the vendor was agreeable. I received a call back from the agent 10 minutes later & he explained that one of the vendors was working overseas, and was back in UK in a couple of weeks, so they could not arrange viewings until then. And it was likely to be an Open House viewing when they went ahead. He then took details from me and informed me that I would be contacted by Flexi Agent when a date for the viewings had been confirmed.
I noticed a day or so later that the property had been removed by the agent from Rightmove & came to the conclusion this was because they were unable to arrange any viewings at this time. However, after monitoring Rightmove daily and not seeing the property return to the site, I contacted Flexi Agent again early afternoon of the 17/02, gave details of the property & asked if it would be going back on the market. I was really disappointed to then be informed that Open House viewings for the property had taken place on that day and that & offers had been received and nothing further could be done. I explained I was extremely disappointed because of the assurance I was given regarding a viewing. When giving my details initially. At that time I explained I was in a good position to cash buy with the need for little or no mortgage, as I completed the sale of a property in December and was now staying with relatives after breaking my house chain and becoming chain free.
A very poor, disappointing service, thanks for nothing Flexi Agent!
