There are many fake reviews on the site, possibly paid to make it seem trustworthy. I was automatically charged because there was no cancellation option on the mobile browser. Eventually, I found a "cancel here" link in the receipt email, which opened in Google Chrome. When I clicked it, they asked for a password, but I never created or used one—I had only logged in using the Gmail button. I sent them a message asking to cancel, but I never received a reply. I think I’ll need to contact my bank to block this scam site from charging me again.

RENEWAL SCAM! Automatic annual renewal with no 30 day reminder. I searched my email and spam and was only notified after they charged me on Feb 20. I emailed them promptly, (same day) and they explained their unprofessional policy. They know many will cancel if reminded before renewal. They will reply to this comment and reiterate their SCAM policy and say "AFTER EACH PAYMENT, we have reminded you that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. Yes, they remind you AFTER they have charged you so you go another year. They will also say something like "We're truly sorry to hear about your experience..." or "Sorry for not providing you with a good experience."
It's not about being "Sorry"; it's about their unprofessional renewal tactics. If They're sorry, change your tactics to align with professional companies and be considerate of what customers really want. It's not always about the money. But in their case, for now, it is.

I am new to the world of AI and find FlexClip to be very user friendly. I am enjoying making my own book trailers and reels for posting to social media as a marketing tool for my book. I'm still learning about the many features and haven't found anything yet that I wish were different.

your free access tools are too good then any other websites. this site is one of the best for editing videos etc..

I use the free version, and I can wholeheartedly say that the free version is very constraining, like how you can only use so many built-in sounds before it asks you to pay for pro. Other than that, it is very easy and useful to me. Enjoy using it!

It's an easy app/ website to use and it great for editing / creating a video and sharing it out to the world.

This was a great and free website to use for editing videos. I used the voice over the most in my last video for a school project and it went perfectly and smoothly. I would definetly use FlexClip in the future!
