I understand your frustration with the delays. Updates for your parcel can be seen by the tracking number supplied via email. That being said we have looked into improving the shipping service by recently teaming up with DHL express to offer this as a free express service for our customers moving forward. This issue has raised our attention so we resolved it to give our customers a better experience with Flewkoo. Apologies for the delays on behalf of the shipping service.

Very dissatisfied
I ordered a watch for a Christmas gift, throughout the ordering and payment process shipping was to be a 4 to 8 day turnaround. Shortly after the order was placed I received an email that This item may take longer to arrive than usual. Limited flights have caused delays for some international deliveries. the last 8 days shows it sitting in Australia. I contacted FlewKoo to cancel the order as I had to purchase a different gift and was told they cannot do a refund as the item has been shipped and once I receive it, I could return for a partial refund (website says full refund). As of yesterday You can go to their site an order a new item and nowhere does it say they can not get the item to you in the 4 to 8 days. Obviously dishonest practice. I have turned this over to my company to have the charge reversed. Buyer beware and think twice before ordering from FlewKoo, very dishonest and deceitful practice.
P.S.
Then why did Flewkoo not advise customers of the delay before placing an order? I would not have ordered if I had known this Christmas gift would not arrive in time, all other online companies we ordered from was honest upfront to let you know they would not be able to get it to you in time. You can blame it on delays from the shipping companies but you had an opportunity to be honest up front and chose not to. Bad Business Practice

I'm sorry to hear you had this experience with us. The postal services are experiencing high volumes of parcels being sent because of the holiday season and covid still in place which causes delays. We have been in contact with the postal services and unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end to speed up the shipping process, its the postal services job to fulfil the shipping once it has left our warehouse. Due to the limited flights like you have mentioned this is the case of the delays. Express shipping is strongly recommended for faster postage. Since the item has already been dispatched we cannot cancel the order it will need to be delivered first and the item to be shipped back to process a refund otherwise this will result in free items. Sorry for the inconvenience I hope this helps clear things up. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further information.

UPDATE: I got a reply stating that orders take 4-8 days. I ordered on 12/15 and the item still in Australia! It’s more than 10 days already - you should let people know the expected delivery time when ordering so one can decide if ordering or not

I have checked your reference number and noticed that the order was placed with standard shipping. Standard shipping is generally 4-8 business days. Unfortunately the postal services are experiencing high volume of parcels and with covid still in place this results in even longer shipping times. These shipping issues are completely out of our control however we do our best to contact and check up on parcels that have longer than expected shipping times. We strongly recommend paying for express shipping for faster postage. Sorry to hear that the parcel won't be there in time for Christmas.

The watch is great and looks fab. The directions for use of the dual time display could be clearer. I have not been able to set it using the current instructions. Otherwise, it is a good value purchase.
