This is the second time I've used Fletcher Longstaff and I requested Craig again. I've been unfortunate enough to use several conveyancers in my time, and Craig is hands down the best service by an unfathomable amount. He never needs to be chased but will take the time to respond to any queries, replying faster than the millennium falcon. Reasonable rates that become a freakin' steal with the level of service you'll receive. Sit back and put your feet up while he chases the other parties solicitor for you. I enjoyed a couple of chosen beverages while punches were thrown; (metaphorically of course). Craig came out on top and won gold. You wouldn't have thought it, as he's such a friendly chap. Honestly. Don't even bother looking for anyone else. (Sorry Craig if you're snowed under with work after this). Grab this hidden gem while he has spare time. Will recommend to anyone that asks and will 100% use again. Although, I also hope to never sell my ridiculously overpriced house and never again pay stamp duty that is obviously re-invested in the country and not lining pockets...
