Fab experience, good selection of products
I ordered some items to present as a gift, and the person was very happy and enjoyed each of the products, particularly the CBD tea box.
I couldn’t make a payment using their payment gateway as they didn’t have PayPal which is my preferred method. So I had to do a bank transfer and I appreciated that there was that option. They were very responsive. Since it was a gift and I wanted everything to be perfect I rang them to confirm that they had my order and I’d receive it on time! And I did, within a day as promised!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered on the 25th July email to let me know the item had shipped on the 28th July. No movement on tracking so I requested an update on the 4th and was told a problem with Royal Mail and the company was looking into the delay on the 5th August. No update so I chased again on the 9th still waiting on a reply and my item. From my experience I would avoid at all costs.

Don't trust them
Customer support is not reliable. Stated delivery time was not respected. I immediately checked with them on my order because I needed it to be delivered on time. They reassured me about it, and then dismissed me when I reached out to them again to let them know that my order was not delivered yet. You can but the same products on more reliable online stores.
