Only reason for not being 5 star is due…
Only reason for not being 5 star is due to the change of the courier and causing endless delays on every order. Recent order was due to be delivered on 1st and I'm still waiting!

Great flavours - eventually
If this review were solely about the product it'd be 5 star. I've bought juice, every month, exclusively from Flavour Boss for over 2 years and I've never been disappointed.
My problem is with delivery. Prices have been steadily increasing and delivery cost here is now by far the highest priced of any online retailer I shop with, almost double in some cases.
This high cost would be easier to swallow if delivery times were quick but to pay over £6 and still have to wait 3 days to receive my order? It's just not acceptable, especially when other retailers charge less than half the price and have it to my door within 2 days (usually next day!) - this includes other vaping retailers and nicotine retailers.
If delivery turnaround is improved and shipping costs are lowered I will be happy update my review but, as it stands, I find it difficult to recommend Flavour Boss to others.

We've switched back to UPS as our delivery partner now and are in the process of offering a cheaper alternative for customers. We completely understand that £6 for delivery is expensive, and it's a decision that we didn't take lightly.
Our aim is to reduce the free delivery limit so customers can avoid paying such a high amount to receive their goods.

Normally I would give 5 stars each and every time for Flavour Boss, however, since switching to DHL my last couple of orders are either late or delayed, I appreciate this isn't directly the fault of flavour boss but if a decision affects customer service then it needs reviewing, sorry
