If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. It has been 7 weeks I have still not gotten what I ordered. They refuse to give my money back, refuse to send me tracking information. This company is clearly fraudulent!
DO not buy anything from them unless you want them to just take your money for nothing
Ordered on Sept 19th and still nothing and no help except the exact same message getting sent to me every time!!

DO NOT BUY!
I ordered these over a month ago and nothing has been shipped or delivered. Funnily, their "track order page" loads a 404. I reached out to customer service with no reply. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and have submitted their webpage as a scam to google mybusiness.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Never received my order. I emailed their customer service and was told that they had a change in ownership and unfortunately no orders placed from the previous ownership would be honoured and no refund issued and that I could take it up with my bank.

Flavenly is a scam and they should be…

Flavenly is a scam and they should be put out of business. I ordered almost $100 worth of bed sheet organizers a few months ago and they said they were running behind due to excessive orders. Now they’re telling me that they’re transitioning owners and can’t refund my money and I’ll have to order and pay again from the new owners. This is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Scamming and lame excuses

I ordered the sheet ”folders” and they never arrived, I sent them a message and it took them weeks to answer, the excuse was that they have aquired the business and cannot send the good nor return the money. This is a scam. Here is the message I got:

”Thank you for reaching out. We’re very sorry that you are still waiting for your order. As we have recently taken over the business, we are unfortunately not in a position to address orders placed before our acquisition.
We understand this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, and we know it’s frustrating to face these challenges. We recommend reaching out directly to the previous owner or the original point of sale where your purchase was made for further support.
We truly wish we could do more to resolve your concerns, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
If there’s anything else we can assist you with moving forward, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Should you wish to place a new order or have any additional questions, we’re here to help.”

Never received order

Never received order! I placed it in June and never received it. I reached out multiple times and got no response. It is amazing how this business can even be an existence. Such a scam. Do not buy from them. As of July 9 th it has been in transit and never heard from again. Cool. What a crap company.

Ordered, paid but never received - RIP OFF

Ordered, never received and here is the email I was finally given:

Dear Carole,
Thank you for reaching out. We’re very sorry that you are still waiting for your order. As we have recently taken over the business, we are unfortunately not in a position to address orders placed before our acquisition.
We understand this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, and we know it’s frustrating to face these challenges. We recommend reaching out directly to the previous owner or the original point of sale where your purchase was made for further support.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order in June - it arrived in September. I repeatedly tried to reach customer service - when I threatened to go to my credit card company to report fraud, I finally heard from a customer service agent via email in August. In September, I received my order the day before I got an email from someone who said they had recently acquired the company and couldn't help me. I give this a 2 because I did finally receive my order and the sheet organizers work well.

Beware – Fraudulent Company That Took My Money

Title: Beware – Fraudulent Company That Took My Money

I placed an order with Flavenly (Order #39757) on June 18, 2025, and paid $214.70. Despite repeated emails and promises that my items were “on the way,” I never received a valid tracking number, proof of shipment, or the products themselves.

Starting July 6, I requested multiple times to cancel the order and get a refund. My requests were ignored, delayed, or met with vague responses. As of early September, more than 10 weeks later, I still have no product and no refund.

This has been one of the most unprofessional and frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Their customer support email is the only contact available, and despite months of communication, they refuse to take responsibility.

I will never purchase from this company again and strongly caution others to avoid Flavenly. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration.

I also placed an order, after placing one earlier which i received, and have not received nor any replies after numerous emails. At this time i would avoid purchasing from them

Don’t order from Flavenly

I ordered sheet organizers 2 months ago plus, waited with great anticipation, and never received. At least a half dozen attempts to contact have resulted in a response like this- ‘got your email, we’ll look into it’ then crickets.

Update: I just received after the company wrote to me that the company has been acquired by someone else and there was nothing they could do. True or not I received and and find them helpful to organize my sheets.
