SCAM my bank just informed me they’ve taken 29.99 out of my bank!

My food came straight away and only payed 1 month later . The only oromblem was they didnt have 2 items that i ordered in stock but they refunded me straight away. Would highly recommend and also thank you flava 😁

This company has been spamming me with emails for the past 3-4 months and when I checked their website out noticed the postcode was similar to mine, I actually went to have a look as it was a 2.4 mile drive only to find nothing there but a mill and a few engineering firms. I wouldn’t trust this company definitely a scam

Every item that came today was all out of date a right con

This company are scam that took 2 payments to tel 100 pound an I never order from them an had to report them to the police do not trust them that are scams

Contacted Martin Lewis about this company what there are doing is fraudulent and illegal watch this space please don’t order from these snakes

Watch out for their sister company which claims to offer furniture and electrical appliances with the very same policy "take your money and hope you don't notice"!!!!
Words fail me as they must have been attempting this debit of approx £30 for months before they finally got lucky leaving me with 0.00 to actually go shopping for food then had the audacity to tell me it would take 7 days to get MY own money back!!!!
Complete scam and shouldn't even be able to trade!!

To anyone writing a review can I please recommend you call your bank for a refund. This is a scam company it’s a joke.

At the same time there’s a company I came across called ZILCH that helps you pay for grocery shopping you pay it off over 4 payments and is really legit and good compared to this company!

SCAM, misleading and misrepresentative, exploiting vulnerable, charges you without you knowing about any charges. Its just out of date junk food that you could find in the bin.

I place an order last week I have not received anything from you no notice of when you are delivery my food but what I do not like is the fact that you have taken money out of Bank before I have received my order please resolve this A S A P yours Truly Mr Ivan Carter

Iv been told by my bank that my card details were used on the 20jan21 and again yesterday, and iv never had anything, I'm getting no joy trying to get hold of them either
My bank or rather the fraud department have told me to contact the police as my details have been used fraudulently so I'm going to do just that

Dont order of these i only registerd to see what it was about. And i not orderd any thing and they took 14.99 out my bank ..i got in touch with my bank and they said it,s against the law to take money out of my bank with out a subscription card... Scam thieves subscriptions for what over priced shopping. They attempted to take 14.99 from my bank I never even seen a word on subscriptions. Cancel any subscription you have for me. I don't want your services and haven't used them.

This is disgraceful! I have been trying several times to get my membership cancelled whilst I was in the middle of my free trial and it was impossible to cancel the membership/direct debit, so I called their customer service through phone and there was no answer and I tried numerous times throughout two days. That lead me to contact their customer service email and I never got any responce from them, I emailed them a couple of times more and that sure didnt help as my account never got cancelled even though I tried contacting them ridicolous amounts of times and because of this, they STILL charged me the £14.99!!

I DEMAND a refund now!
