Well to start with, the coffee is lovely. I bought the Autumn blend after being recommended it by the Flat Cap team following my contacting them for suggestions.
The customer care was very good. As i say, I contacted them for suggestions for which they came back with several along with why the particular blend might be what i'm looking for. I then ordered and because i live nearby, was able to collect it the next day, freshly roasted that morning

After discovering that Flat cap coffee was right on my doorstep, I placed an order of three different varieties of beans including decaf. After it was delivered personally by the owner which was a pleasant suprise, I delved in and was so pleased with my purchase. I have sampled so many different coffees over the years and this comes out well within the top 3. If you haven't tried yet then it is a must.
