Came through with a last minute order!
We needed over 50 last-minute customised double-insulated coffee mugs. We needed not only the mug branded but also custom-engraved. The customer service made it easy to get these done by helping with the artwork, and we even received them within two weeks. The cups arrived all perfect and of good quality.

Charlotte was assigned to me. She was extremely helpful in all respects even though it took a little time getting there. I was sent a sample supposedly by priority mail and although there was a weekend in between it took 4 working days. It arrived after I had made my decision to go ahead. That is my only 'beef' However the finished product arrived exactly when it was supposed to and it is absolutely perfect. I would certainly use Flashbay again and recommend it to others.
