Fast and Precise Customer Service
I worked with Randall on an order of 50 notebooks with my company's new logo. We needed a fast turn around and Randall was on the ball! We had everything settled within about 3 emails. He also had a package sent to me the very next day with examples of their most popular notebooks. Overall, I was very impressed and my boss and colleagues are very happy with the final product!!

Company GIFTS quick
Our agency was looking at ordering items for an upcoming conference but we didn't have much time. Flashbay was able to create a mock up of the travel mugs with our company logo and get them out well before our event.
Communication was easy and I never was left without someone reaching out to me within 24 hours.
Would highly recommend them.

Great customer services.
Randall was great to work with. From modifying our logo so it could be used on the silicone bottle grip to making sure our kids' names and jersey number were on the lids and visible, it was a relatively smooth process. Once the proof was finalized the turnover time was quick. Product is great quality.

Easy to work with and responsive
A couple other companies I reached out to didn't even bother responding. Sierra was super responsive and very helpful. The entire process was easy and quick. I ordered custom USB snap bracelets that turned out better than expected. I will use Flasbay for my next project for sure.

Quick and good service, excellent product
I got a quick response to the initial contact, clarification on the initial request and then good information without having to drag out the requests.
A sample pack was sent so I could see exactly the product I was getting.
Quick turn-around and the product was exactly as expected, colour match from the proof to the product was excellent.
