Shockingly bad. Ordered through the range. Apparently delivery vehicle broke down. The items were lost in warehouse. Then new delivery date was scheduled and never arrived. So far no refund but I’ll be contacting my bank and getting it back that way. Avoid at all cost and do your research because this company operates under many names, Bedkingdom, cuckoo etc.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. They took my order, one sofa was no longer available and they did not tell me so I had to reject the other sofa and stool because it would not match. They part delivered dining furniture which was dirty when opened and of poor quality. The caused damage to my property on delivery. The promised a refund once the dining furniture was collected and then a day later they have refused to refund the order completely. So I have no goods, damage to my property and almost £2k down. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Awful defective furniture.. I order 2 gaming high sleepers thro bed Kingdom.. the parts that need connecting to the bed frame for the bed slats to join to dont alin to the bed frame 2 out of 5 of the holes aline my hand moves the metal poles will never take the weight of a person.. my children have been sleeping on the floor for now a week for them to resend the same defective parts out now this is still un resolved £1000 out of pocket no beds for my 2 boys to sleep in and the weekend now hitting clearly no resolution happening

Purchased a bed from Flair Furnishings via two separate retailers, both of which advertised the bed we wanted as in stock. After weeks of waiting to hear from Flair, we find out both times that the bed is out of stock. Do better, Flair, and communicate with your suppliers so customers don't end up out of pocket and waiting for refunds for a bed that can't be delivered.

I ordered a new bunk bed and upon delivery I discovered 2 broken panels and a missing part..tried calling customer service but just got cut off.. I rang sales and spoke to a guy called Lawrence who went “above and beyond” to help and sorted everything out for me,even talking me through how to send photos as I’m not very good at that stuff…he is in my opinion a credit to the company and I’m very grateful for his help.(this was last week 21/526 I think) all parts arrived as promised and my grandchildren now have new beds 🤗

Ordered their beige ottoman bed.

It arrived and it is blush pink not beige and there is an awful horrid smell coming from the headboard.

The customer service is abysmal.

Do not order from them at all!

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was promised ‘express worldwide delivery’ - the item took a month to arrive.

When it did arrive, the quality was absolutely awful - nothing like the pictures or description.

I was told to get a refund I must send them back to China - which would cost the same amount as the shoes in the first place.

This company is acting fraudulently and illegally - do not buy from them.

Pondered about a gaming bunk bed with sofa for my 10 year old, it looked amazing and was not too expensive.
When delivered my husband put it together, we were very surprised how sturdy, sleek and easy to put together it was. We are absolutely delighted with it and my son thinks its awesome. Great item and would use this company in the future 😊 X

I purchased a dress, which was poorly manufactured, followed their recommendations on returning the item and paid(China) ? For a refund,that was 3 months ago and they are not returning my emails

Order a duvet cover . Payment went to pending then had a email saying item out of stock . Still waiting for my refund . Have emailed them but no reply . Will never use this company again , there communication is awful .

Pretty sure the Company is a scam? Ordered Insulation Slabs via Amazon. Tracking information never updated, order never arrived.. Tried calling the company a number of times to no answer.

If this is a scam they aren't doing it very well as Amazon just gives full refunds...

Ordered 50 sheets of floor protection - only half turned up. Can't get hold of anyone by phone or email. Trades now on Amazon as Trade Wise.

I ordered a pair of sandals purporting to be Skechers and reduced to £29.99. They took my money and eventually they arrived. No way are they Skechers and they don’t even look like the pair I ordered. Badly made amd won’t last 3 months unlike Skecher sandals. Won’t be buying anything else from this Company. I did email them to let them know how I felt but never got a reply. Obviously a con.

I ordered some trainers over 4 weeks ago and they have not arrived. I have contacted them twice for an update with no response. Leave these alone probably a scam aite

I bought one of your beds with the range that’s arrived very late & faulty. A few days ago. The Holes and bolts don’t line up so the bed can’t be built. The range is giving me the runaround about returning. I’ve asked many times and sent video evidence to show this. I will update the review when my customer rights aren’t being abused.

Scam! What I ordered vs what I received. Refused a full refund unless I paid 70% of the entire total to ship.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY a SCAM. Bought a keter storage for the garden have received no delivery and no response to various request. Disgusting!!!!!

They are scammers. Paid for my product and have not received a confirmation email or anything. Will be contacting my bank and PayPal to see if I can get some type of refund
