I ordered a flag pole and 2 250 yr flags. A mix up on my part created confusion for customer support. After several back and forth e mails, it turned out i was in the wrong. The support was always thorough and friendly. I was very impressed with the customer service. Highly recommend this companies integrity. Definitely 5 stars

The flag is amazing! It was a lot bigger than I anticipated, I don’t have a pole that’s big enough to support the flag, but I’m going to put it on our deck!

Great Items - Great Company
Flagwix offers a variety of flags with great designs and themes to choose from. The flags are very well made. I proudly display two garden flags in the front of my home. I own a few of their flags and switch them according to the season. Highly recommend this company.

Shop elsewhere! PRODUCTS MADE AND SHIPPED FROM CHINA Item not shipped! Terrible customer service!
I ordered a flag Mar. 8. says 3-day shipping! It's now Mar 21 and nothing was shipped, no updates, no help from customer service. Then I get email saying processing takes 1-3 days, shipping takes 9-12 days. (You will get an email when item is DISPATCHED) That word dispatched is a term used OVERSEAS! Not in the USA. They refuse to address my concerns. Won't answer emails! Don't order from this SCAM company. Anyone who is not honest or forthcoming in helping and assisting you when there is a problem brought to their attention is not worth paying your hard-earned dollars to. Now I will have my bank resolve. Always read the 1-star reviews first! There is a pattern that evolves.
In addition, to Flagwix NOT ANSWERING OR ADDRESSING EMAILS, EXTREMELY BAD COMMUNICATION, they wanted additional information here trying to LOCATE my order! This was ALSO A FARSE!
Come to find out they are NOT AN AMERICAN BASED COMPANY! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MADE AND SHIPPED FROM CHINA!!!! I just was sent tracking for my order coming from Wuhan!!! Yep! When they said package was DISPATCHED that said it all! DON'T TRUST THEM. BUY FROM THE USA AND MADE IN THE USA!! Its March 25 and I still DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER, IT IS STILL IN CHINA SOMEWHERE!!!
