When I saw these hats online, I thought they were alright, and I had never heard of the company. When I clicked on their website it was very easy to navigate and I could find everything I wanted to see in a few scrolls or clicks. I bought one mystery trucker hat, and they gave me another one for half off at checkout. When they arrived(a week later) the package was undamaged and the hats were in perfect condition. Now onto the hats, I think they are great, I have a small head, and these hats still fit my head perfectly, without adjusting the brim. These were the first hats I have ever had that fit this good, there’s no air pockets on the sides, it’s comfortable, and it doesn’t sit to high/low on my head, just perfect. For the design, i love what they did, by taking the regular mlb logos and making them their own, by adding hearts, and other signature things. The branding on the side gives a good layer to the hat and in my opinion makes it look even better. Over all, I will be buying from this company more and I highly recommend their hats if you are looking for good and affordable trucker hats.

I love the merchandise. Everything they sell really. Only problem I have is really with the checkout process. It’s good just wish it had like a double check button on your order.

Like many of the other comments here, I’ve tried to contact customer service and haven’t received any response. I’ve been waiting for my order and can’t get any update on tracking the delivery. They send a ton of texts and emails advertising deals once you order but not a single response to any questions. I hope I eventually get my order, my son was pretty excited about it, but I’m getting close to writing it off as a scam company.

I ordered everything, and it all went fine until I got the order. I ordered 2 t-shirts and 2 pairs of shorts but they sent me 4 t-shirts. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, because the shipping was fast but now the company wont respond to my emails. I've sent 2 emails about this, and after almost a week I still havent even gotten a response.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have been waiting for an order for twomonths. According to the shop app, it hasn’t shipped. I have tried to cancel the order multiple times, however customer service will not allow me to do despite the fact my item hasn’t even shipped.

I ordered my product on the third. It is now the 13th. I have not received my product. It has not even been shipped out yet. I emailed customer service. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours. I have not heard a word. I emailed them a second time I have not even had any kind of response. So I’m not sure if this is a scam or what’s going on, but I am about to report it to my bank. When I try and look at my order number, it does not even exist so I don’t know.

ORDER OF $500+ CHARGED IN FULL AND ONLY PARTIALLY SHIPPED. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS. THEY CLAIM TO "REPLY IMMEDIATELY" TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CHATS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND DO NOT REPLY AT ALL. THE PHONE PROVIDED ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT REACHES A PERSONAL VOICEMAIL THAT IS UNRELATED TO THE SO-CALLED BUSINESS.

Scam! My son ordered $77 worth of clothing that never arrived. He tried to contact the company and no reply. When I tried to call the number (866-290-0359) I found online (searching the reviews) it just rang and I hung up. A few minutes later I received a call from a man with a foreign accent who claimed he saw I called and was returning my call. He claimed to be from CashApp (after hearing my issue) and said it was a scam and was going to refund my money. He then began asking for my CashApp info. I became suspicious because his comments weren’t adding up and I didn’t give my info. He said it was fine and that he would just go to the next customer. So glad I didn’t fall for his scam. Be cautious with the FKN Rich company!!

And just to clarify, the order never arrived. After two months of reaching out to their company on Facebook, Instagram, and email we finally received a refund. My initial contact would receive a response, but then crickets. The charges were disputed with CashApp and I emailed numerous time asking for a refund. I did get a response that said their shipment was coming in the following week. Finally, we received it a refund. If I wouldn’t have been so persistent, the refund wouldn’t have happened. Customer service…horrible. Would I trust this company…definitely no!

This company is a scam..... I purchased 2 pairs of shorts a month ago and I paid almost $50 for these. I contacted the lousy customer service and no response, I called the number, and its not even a line for phone calls. FKN Rich if I don't get a response in the next 3 days of when my package entered the transit I'm sueing!!!!!

This company is a scam. Never received the order, phony customer service and we found a phone number but it is directed to a mobile phone not in service. Save your money and avoid!!!!

The clothes are great quality, and great designs, however there was in issue on the site last time I ordered and it caused me to not get any confirmation or tracking number, it took a couple days to get ahold of the support team, however I dm’d the owner of the brand and he got back to me fairly quick, and was able to help me out a ton. Other than the one mess up on the site, the brand itself is a 5 ⭐️

My teenage son purchased a few things from this company. It has been 2 months and we still have not received the items we purchased. Tracking online says: Label Created, not yet in system. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response back.

Got half off on a duffel bag, one of my best purchases.

I'm not sure where they are getting their Trusted Pilot service from, but I never received my order, have been emailing their customer support, which is non-existent except for automated responses that they have received your email. Tried their chat feature with no response. Nothing! Don't order, my son is out his money and these people should be ashamed if they are a legit company.

I really like all their designs and their material is really well made but the downside I bought their premium shorts box but it’s been 2 weeks and it only says partially ready to ship.

Good quality shirts, fits perfectly as described and shipping was accurate. The prices are pretty good compared to most brands and quality is better.
