This site requires you sign up for a monthly subscription which I could not cancel it right away to avoid auto charge of $60 the following month because my account wasn't showing as set up yet. I tried for several days before I forgot. You will never get a response from the company, only a auto reply. My order is coming in multiple shipments but the last shipment shows it included two items that were not in the package. I'm trying to return and request a refund for the items that I have received however it will only allow you to select one item. I do not have high hopes that I will even get back $25 from them company after this horrible experience and giving them almost $200. If I could give zero stars I would. Their advertising got son and he was excited to try the clothing out with full regrets at this point.

This business is a scam! They take your money and you never receive your product. I have contacted them many times and all I get is an auto-response saying that someone will contact me. This never happens. DO NOT spend your money here.

It has been several months now since I contacted my bank for a refund because this company is a scam and today I woke up laughing to see that they had tried to dispute my refund and failed, miserably. My bank had all the evidence they needed and shut them down quicker than I could respond which means they are either struggling financially and trying to rake back some money or they wanted to try their luck. They have no intention on resolving the issue themselves since they still have not check any of their emails or messages on social media platforms. They continue to submit fake Trust Pilot reviews to boost their rating but they're making them too robotic and generic. 0/10 don't recommend. If they see this they will probably try a generic reply such as "get in contact" and when I do, I won't get a response.

dishonest company. they sent twice less merchandise. in order to follow up your order, they make you to sign up for a membership. stay away from this company. Fool me once....

If you are unfortunate enough to buy something here, they sneak in a subscription and keep charging your credit card a bimonthly fee. Sorry, a subscription to buy a t-shirt? Two months later the charge shows up on my CC bill. I try to cancel, but they just kept charging. No response to my emails to support requesting cancelation. I even changed my CC number, but they still kept charging even though I never gave them my new number. Apparently, they can do this because it's a subscription. After multiple calls and multiple hours on the phone with the credit card company across several months, this has finally stopped. That t-shirt was soooo not worth the hassle. Why can't they just sell clothes without the scammy subscription? This place FKN SUX.

I’m a very honest person but when I feel like I get ripped off I’ll get vocal. They did not make it aware I had to buy the bio amount first before buying an item that I was offered. It would make sense to charge the vip first THEN the item but it’s the other way around which is stupid. Now im stuck looking for where to cancel the membership and it’s no where to be found. Contacting system is a joke. They say response within 24 hours, they don’t get back at all. I’ve sent 5 emails and none have gotten back to. Still looking to make sure they don’t charge me again but no one should be going through this. This is poor!

Great company, great owner, and amazing quality. The shirts have the perfect fit for your arms to fill out the sleeves, but the shirt not looking like a crop top and still being long enough to the perfect fit. Amazing quality too, and they feel expensive. Their clothes are also just as vibrant as they show on their posts, nothing is edited! Amazing brand and I would 100% buy from them when I grow out of these shirts

Complete scam. Ordered multiple chains and clothes. They were all free due to a deal, so I would understand them cancelling the order and refunding me my 36$ shipping. Instead, I paid that 36$ shipping for two cheap bracelets instead of what I ordered. They don’t respond to anything that I send through their website, only option is to get card company involved.

I check the tracking on my order and it says returned to sender. They’re telling me they don’t have it and refuse to refund me or resend my order. Now they won’t even respond to me. SCAMMERS!!!

Their response is a joke! I’ve been reaching out through the website for months and still NOTHING! I ask for a refund because 4 months later I have nothing, they direct you to the website but there is NO OPTION to request a refund on items that they refuse to ship! Getting my credit card company involved and suggest others do the same

I ordered my nephew some shorts for his birthday July 10th and paid for expedited shipping. Tomorrow is going to be October and I haven't received anything. I have contacted them multiple times. The order states it is in transfer to the next shipping area since August. They're a scam. I'm reporting them to BBB.

I'm so disappointed with this company. My 13 year old son had saved up his allowance to buy apparel from them. He spent ~$100. He ordered it on July 10, 2024 and delivery time was supposed to be 4 days. The merchandise never came. I contacted them 4 times via email and their support form. I am now writing this review on Sept 29, 2024. No response from the company. They just took my son's hard earned money.

I ordered shorts on July 3. It's Sept 26 and they still haven't arrived.

I've sent numerous emails asking for a status update with no responses.

Would not recommend shopping here.
