Recently purchased a tattoo gun for my daughter who is enrolled in an apprenticeship. Received product. It was used for 10 min and then died. Sent it back to FK Irons. Currently waiting to see if they fix or replace it. So far very disappointed in customer service. Customer service rep Julian Robinson very dismissive of any concerns brought up. I will never buy from this company again.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company, primarily due to their abysmal customer service. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, I received absolutely no response from them. This lack of communication clearly shows their complete disregard for customer needs and satisfaction.
To make matters worse, when I encountered a problem with a FedEx delivery, the company offered no support or assistance in filing a complaint. Despite the fact that the package was not delivered, they falsely reported it as delivered and even forged my signature. This level of dishonesty and irresponsibility from the company towards its customers is highly concerning.
I am extremely disappointed with my overall purchasing experience from this company. Their customer service is of incredibly poor quality, and they fail to provide any assistance when issues arise. I cannot recommend anyone to use their services if they expect good service and a company that takes responsibility for its actions.
I has a battery go bad unexpectedly and contacted customer service for support. They understood the urgency or the situation and sent me a replacement battery quickly without waiting for me to return the bad one.
10/10 - I’m sticking with FK Irons

I’m extremely disappointed with FK Irons' customer service. I purchased a tattoo machine, which was lost by the courier after I sent it for repair. FK Irons sent a replacement, but it’s been stuck at customs for months due to an incorrect invoice. Despite contacting them multiple times since April, they have not reissued the invoice or responded to my emails. This delay has severely impacted my business. I trusted FK Irons as a reputable company, but their lack of response is unacceptable. I hope they resolve this immediately.
I have written them 10-15 emails. Written them on every platform they're available, and not even a reply. My machine/powerbolt just died out of nowhere. And now it turns on, but the machine doesn't work properly. Never experienced such a non existent customer support. With so expensive products I could never recommend using this company.
Had my FK iron for 8 months now. After the first 3 months my battery died out of nowhere. Took me 4 months dealing with customer service to get a replacement. Had to call every single day and there was a different excuse every time. They lost it, they didn’t receive it, etc. Finally sent me a replacement after months and still charged me a fee to get it. Had my replacement battery for about a week now and just died out already again out of nowhere. You can tell how cheap they are just by looking at it honestly. Apparently the company got bought out a few years back and it’s gone downhill for everything. Now debating whether if I want to deal with them again just to get another dead battery but chances are I have to cut my losses and go for something different. Cost $1500 but should be worth nothing, honestly not even that good of a machine either. Inconsistent and battery only lasts one session or completely stops working
Ordered 2 powerbolts in September so I would have a backup. They died within 3 days of each other not even 3 months of light use later. Customer service got me one day shipping, and the. The warehouse lost the units they were supposed to fix. Finally got someone to agree to a store credit so I could just get parts that worked. Only to find out it takes them *days* to process a store credit. I have lost hundreds of dollars for this and they didn't have the decency to offer me so much as a discount. They are, however, very sorry.

I explained it enough on the phone. Yall need to keep making replacement parts not discontinue after 3 years. What a joke of a company. Tech support was no help what so ever. Like tesla but for tattoo machines
So I go to buy the FK Irons One machine, not a distributor but through them, I waited a week ,no shipping confirmation , so I call them , they said it ships tomorrow, no shipping confirmation and it's Friday, have to wait another weekend. So Monday comes I call them , Cindy the manager tells me , we out of stock , we havent had any they are in production. So I ask for a refund, she says sure no problem takes 3 to 5 days for refund ,again they jerked me around another week, I had to call them again. She tells me I'll get it issued blah blah blah , still I have not gotten a refund or even a alert that says my money's been refunded. Not even a email confirmation.. So let me tell ya , don't go through this , don't buy FK Irons at all !! I'm going with Bishop machines from now on. Cost me extra 200.00 but I guarantee I won't be jerked around like this with Bishop !!! How you gonna order a machine through the factory and they be outta stock .. then not tell anyone and keep your money .. WHAT THE ?#@$ FK IRONS ??
I bought two machines from this company. One broke a little after a year of having it and the second within months. I sent one in for repairs and according to them I left it past the allowed holding time for their repair department so they just kept it!!!! I owed $300 for repairs but paid $1100 for it so I definitely got robbed by this company. I would never recommend. Get a bishop, cheyenne or critical tattoo machine instead. Cheyenne didn’t charge for my repairs!
I was so exited to have saved up for a fk spectra flux machine.
But the batterys don't last 10 hrs at all! Im glad I purchased 2 batterys. Because I cannot even finish a big tattoo with one.
This bummes me out because my much cheap er machines have waaaay better batterys.
Also to check how full the battery is is drama. And I still havent figure out the different indication lights with charging, because there is no mention in the manual...
The only thing I LOVE is the color (pink)..
The rest is really a bummer.
Ohw and if you choose a voltage inbetween you have a blinking Light in the corner of your eye the whole time tatoeing.

Had an issue with shipping. Package came In damaged sent them a picture as proof. They sent me a brand new machine with no problems and it works amazing!

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDSTER USA COMPANY or their other trading name / sister company MICROBEAUX INTERNATIONAL. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS as they mis-represent / mis-sell their items and breach all consumer regulations / laws. They sold me a second hand / returned SMP machine which had dirty finger prints / hair debris on it, which I’m not even sure if it works, and are now ignoring me. They won’t tell you clearly about the £150 duty / customs charge either (which you pay after check-out)! You cannot even get hold of them - there is no WhatsApp and so on. They never get back to you either or will just blame you!
since buying the flux max ive had nothing but problems . battery life is about 3 1/2 hours tops!!!!! machine bogs out during sesssions....first one they sent me was broken....second one they sent me doesnt work right at all and has 2 hour battery life....refuse to refund or return for another machine....crap quality overall..i have cheaper $200 machines that blow this $1300 POS out of the water...now they want me to send it back for repairs which i know isnt going to fix the problem...this flux max should be discontinued but nope they acknowledge the fact the machine and new batteries have issues yet they continue to sell them .....even now theyre using this machine to donate for childrens cancer....great way to screw over customers to cover your manufacturing losses...and using the proceeds to donate to charity....great way to write your losses off on taxes...smh what a joke....do not buy or support this company at all......worst packaging i have ever seen also.....there tech side are very nice but limited on what they can do for you.....customer service will have you jumping through hoops ...no respect at all for what fk is doing...selling faulty machines and using the prcoeeds for childrens cancer!!!!!! you make me sick!!!!
I wish I would have read this reviews before investing 1350 on one of this knock of. machines. This is not quality! I have a 200 cheap pen machine that lasts longer and hits harder. Don't waste your money with this clowns. Im going to approach this with the better business bureau to stop their scamming.
This company has the worst customer service! My brand new tattoo machine will no longer charge and I have had to jump through hoops and still not able to get a replacement. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all cost, their products are garbage and there are tons of reviews with issues regarding their products.
The absolute worst customer service. If you purchase a flawed item, they make you jump through hoops to get a replacement. Kinda insulting to act like your products are always flawless, and treat customers like liars. Bought a garbage motor with a short in it, and it's been over a month and they're just now shipping the replacement. And they don't care if it costs or loses you money. Absolutely would not recommend this company unless you want to be jerked around. Other than that, their product is decent... Not worth the hassle by any means though.
FKIrons customer service is now on premises and is well staffed. They answered my call in less than 3 secs and I believe they were pretty transparent in what is going with the quality of the machines which translate in a high rate of return for repairs. The quality of the motors - the heart of the machines - are at their critical low and their rejection rate is so high that in some models is not expected that last more than 6 months. By the other hand they also confirmed the issue of the Powerbolt "blue light" which like in the Hover make them not possible to charge the battery (in some cases the USB connector got burnt) and that is probably related to a defective circuit board. However they haven't decide if a recall would be needed. In conclusion customer satisfaction can't be achieved without 1st of all shipping high quality products.
