I do not know what I would have done...

I do not know what I would have done, FixRx has made it affordable to get my meds. I have contacted customer service a few times about random questions, and they have answered in a timely fashion. The one thing that everyone needs to understand is that your package will not get to you in a week. All my packages have taken 3 weeks. If you understand this and place your order well before, you will be ok. Just don't blame the company for packages having to go through customs and international travel.

Adam Wagih made my partner and I quit FixRx

I had a horrible experience with FixRx. I got caught in a situation where I was misled by a message that said 'thank you for your payment' when in fact my payment was never received, and therefore my meds were never delivered. When trying to resolve the issue, Adam Wagih had a really nasty attitude towards me from his very first message. I also do customer service and if I ever treat a customer the way Adam treated me, I guarantee you I would lose my job. I have all the emails we have exchanged saved as proof of his arrogance and extremely poor customer service skills and I will be escalating this as far as I can.

Okay, then... let's do this.
All the times you've quoted me in your reply, you were 100% correct. These are my words, and UNLIKE YOU I stand by them.
The mistake I made was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY. How dare you manipulating my words to your advantage? This company is really sketchy. It was supposed to go through that Monday, and after spending ONE HOUR with Wells Fargo on the phone and talk to two different associates, guess what?!?! IT DID!!! The bank sent you an e-check, not a physical check. You make me sound stupid and you manipulated to whole situation in order to make it look like I'm a male Karen to your existent and possible future customers. THAT IS REALLY LOW LEVEL of you.

Let's play the game quote, shall we???
Adam said: 'When my colleague Hank wrote you "thank you for your payment", he meant: "thank you for sending proof of your payment", he did not say: "thank you, your payment was received".
There's a big difference between the two Adam, my friend, and I'm not a mind reader. You co-worker made a poor choice of a few words without context or explanation, and I'm supposed to read his mind and know what he means? And also, sure, thank you for correcting your coworker's misleading message when I was already running super low on my meds. That was useful.

Wow... I don't even know where to start with this one. Treat all of your customers with respect? Do you even know what this word means? Adam talking down to me on my emails, saying "if you provide us with this proof, we will be happy to ship your medication right away and offer you a coupon for a 50% discount towards you next order"? Like I'm a kid? Daring me to show him something he thinks I don't have and offering me a discount that he thinks I'm not gonna get? Then manipulating this whole situation to make your company look you didn't make any mistake? Let's fix the quote above like it should have been written in first place, according to WHAT REALLY HAPPENED:
"We definitely treat all our customers with respect, but sometimes we don't - like in Tomaz' case. The reason he is upset is very simple, we wouldn't ship medication to him as his payment never arrived. He made a mistake SCHEDUELING HIS PAYMENT to a different date, and he exchanged a couple of emails with FixRx, in which he explained the mistake he did. One associate then reply 'Thank you for your payment'.
Period. He never said 'thank you, we'll let you know when your payment is received'. For that reason I put my mind at ease and thought I had to wait for my meds.

"We only accept eletronic payments through direct bank or wire transfers, but he said the bank sent us a check instead". Oops... why didn't you quote me on that one? Here... I'll quote myself to make it easier for you, you have that on email:
"Please see attached: 1. Screenshot of proof/ receipt of my payment, made on 01/13. I do realize I made and scheduled the payment to be processed on 01/23, but I'm also attaching a screenshot of my online bank statement, where it says the payment was transferred". I'm not as dumb as you are making to be here. I know you don't work with checks, Wells Fargo transferred an e-check to your account, and according to them your payment has been available since the 23rd. IT IS NOT A PHYSICAL CHECK... Geez.

Bottom line is, it all started with a message from Hank, which says the following:
"Thank you for your payment. We confirm that your order will be shipped to the following address..."
Not only I got a confirmation of my payment, but also a confirmation that my meds were going to be shipped. Now tell me is my fault that I misunderstood this message. Now, with that being said, Hank was never rude on his emails. He was always polite and professional - maybe Adam can do a crash course with Hank?

My point is, what REALLY upsets me is the way I was treated by Adam. I'm fine starting my treatment from zero, I won't die, but I AM NOT FINE with people talking down to me, making me feel stupid, and now you guys just made it all worse by manipulating the whole situation. I'm in SHOCK.

We definitely treat all our customers with respect, including Mr Tomaz. The reason he is upset is simple, we wouldn't ship medication to him as his payment never arrived. This is what happened :

1. We only accept electronic payments through direct bank or wire transfers (this is very clear on our website), but he said that his bank sent us a check instead. We explained to him that we don't have the logistics to receive checks and replied with: "Please ask your bank to cancel any issued checks and refund the money to you". To which he replied: "I called the bank and I was able to put a stop on the payment". We have the email records that show this, and it proves that we never received any payment from Mr Tomaz. So we're not sure how he expects us to ship medication when we never received payment.

2. Mr Tomaz made an important mistake that resulted in a 10 days delay until we were able to verify that his payment never arrived. That's what he wrote exactly: "Thank you for your prompt response. I just realized I made a mistake on my end. Instead of making the payment, I schedule it to be made on the 23rd of this month. It should go through on Monday (see attached picture for reference)". To which we replied: "Thank you for your payment. We confirm that your order will be shipped to the following address...". This is a standard courtesy reply to thank him for his payment picture reference (that is expected to go through on Monday according to him). Also, Mr Tomaz had asked us to change his shipping address after placing his order, hence the confirmation that the order will be shipped to the new address.

Finally, Mr Tomaz's medication was quite cheap, and if we had any doubt that he was not able to afford sending another payment pending his bank's refund of his first one, we probably would not have insisted on receiving payment before shipping the medication. One thing is for sure though, none of our emails to him constitute rudeness in any way, and we pride ourselves in providing caring customer service.
