Donovan a été très réactif. Il a répondu d'une manière clair à la démarche d'envoie et de réparation.
Nous avons récupéré notre Homepod comme neuf!!
Au final le cout de la réparation (78€) et de l'envoie et largement compétitif par rapport à un échange payant par Apple!

Donovan démontre un professionnalisme exemplaire, rare même parmi les grandes enseignes.
Dès le départ, un questionnaire concis permet d'établir un diagnostic préliminaire et d'estimer le coût des réparations. Dans mon cas, l'estimation s'est révélée exacte : 79€ pour remplacer la fameuse diode.
Sa courtoisie et sa communication sont irréprochables tout au long du processus : accusé de réception du colis, annonce précise de la date de fin de réparation, confirmation du diagnostic, puis finalisation avec l'envoi d'une vidéo démontrant la renaissance musicale du HomePod :). S'ensuit un lien de paiement sécurisé, puis une notification d'expédition une fois le règlement effectué.
Mon HomePod, envoyé en état impeccable mais non fonctionnel, m'est revenu comme neuf et parfaitement opérationnel :)
