I took my phone that had some water damage, the battery wasn't charging.

They said it would be same day, replacement of the charging port, 90% sure that that was it. Wasn't it. Then they replaced the battery. Still didn't work. Then they said they needed to clean the motherboard.

7 days later they got it to turn on. Then it wouldn't charge at home. I went back and it charged there, but I brought my two chargers and it wouldn't charge. They did some final cleaning and it charged for week. I'm now overseas and the moment I landed it stopped charging.

I've tried reaching them for the past 3 weeks and they've ghosted me. Complete waste of money.

if I could give it no stars I would. The worst customer service I don't understand how the store even exists still. Not only did they lose my phone they tried to replace it with a lower grade model and tell me that it was the same one. After fighting with the store for several weeks the owner magically finds my original phone and gives it back to me in the original state I gave it to them in to fix. Don't go here save your money and the headache

I took my phone in to have the screen replaced. The two men behind the counter spoke to me in fluent English, then conferred in a language which I could not understand, though from what I could tell, the younger was trying to determine how much to charge me.
He told me the job would take 15 minutes and was taking my phone into the back when I stopped him. They hadn't told ME how much this would cost.
$100. I said that was too much. They told me that the screen was a very good quality screen---it's a budget phone. I don't need a fancy screen. They knocked the price down to $75 for the same screen (so not such a fancy screen?), but I was already headed for the door.
The guy down the street started at $80.
I called a place on Vic Drive. Got a quote for $60 right out of the gate. Friendly, pleasant, professional guy.
Giving these guys 2 stars instead of 1 because they were at least polite (aside from conversing in front of me as if I weren't there) and I really hate giving bad reviews, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is a cheating shop, always want to cheat people, never come to this shop

Great location at Broadway and Cambie. I was having trouble with my wireless phone and Naman was able to help me. He was friendly, and took the time to explain the problem to me as well. I would definitely go back to this place.

They performed a fantastic job fixing the charging port of my phone ,they repair it very quickly . I'd strongly advise using this location for any phone or tablet repairs.
