The whole experience was pretty perfect, both Joes were polite and efficient, the car was with them for only a few days more than expected ( no problem) and arrived back with us in perfect condition , I would heartily recommend this company to anyone

I have just found out that the tyre replaced by Fix Auto Yeovil was not the correct tyre for my vehicle and wasn’t even an EV rated tyre. However when I visited the workshop to query the tyre I was put at ease by the manager and left satisfied

The service was fantastic from start to finish! In fact so good I drove it back 15mins later for another estimate when someone decided to hit the other side of my car while I was parked at a petrol pump.

Excellent service all round. Fix Auto were polite and professional, providing a speedy repair and keeping me up to date via phone call. My car was scraped by a colleague in my work car park - who accepted fault, and once instructed, they called me the next working day to arrange collection and I had my car back 1.5 weeks later. The repair looks to be excellent and i can't tell its not factory. They were very helpful on the phone an agreed to replace my headlight instead of buffing it out and were very fair and honest. Can't fault the service in any way.

Despite having agreed time of arrival and date for collection with Branch Manager, car was not ready and Branch Manager was not present being out on car deliveries. I was initially advised to "come back later", when I said no and that we'd agreed a time, someone had to be found as no-one knew where the paperwork to release my car was kept. Then some plastic caps for under the dash-board had not been put back and were left on the passenger seat. Repairs seem to have been made competently, but release processes for car pick-ups definitely needs to be improved.

Great service was kept informed about the progress of the repairs and the vehicle was ready as per the time scale agreed, The customer service provided by the garage staff was excellent
