Auto fix contacted myself informing me that they had been asked by my claims to assess my vehicle they then arranged pick up informing me of the company they use, when the car will be collect, that they had received the car, car being assessed for damage, and the outcome, so every step of the process with out me having to chase them. I would highly recommend this company, very good service 👍👏

Took my car in for repair. Though there was some delay, it was due to waiting for parts from a supplier.

We had to change our day as no car from another firm , they were fine about it , they were very good and quick , they brought it back to the firm we had gleaming, really chuff on there work, very polite indeed

Dropping off my car, filling in the paperwork and collecting the courtesy car, was a very simple process, which took around 15 minutes. The staff member I spoke to, was very friendly and courteous. On returning to collect my car, after repair (which took a week), I was greeted by the same staff member, and she was just as friendly! Dropping off the courtesy car and collecting mine, was again, a simple and quick process. I am extremely happy with the results of my repair, completed to an absolutely amazing standard!

Don’t normally write reviews but excellent sercice and the body repair I had done was of a very high standard. Car was dropped off all nice and clean to. Excellent 👏👏👏
