My experience was fantastic, I forgot to let them know, I need a automatic curtesy car, they brought a manual, and they fix the problem in 1 hour I had automatic curtesy car, I was informed on everything, that they did to car, and at what stage the repair was in, even pick and dropping of the car, I did nothing, they took care of it all. very happy customer, Marie

Warm and pleasant welcome followed by detailed information on the procedure regarding repairs to the BMW. Also instruction on use of the courtesy car. Further information on the work proceeding during the week and keeping to a tight schedule. This was appreciated as car require for long journey to a family funeral in Braintree Essex. Staff were very supportive and reassured that work would completed on time by Friday morning, June 23rd. Staff at Wrexham and Oswestry are ambassadors to the company. Thanks/ Diolch yn fawr.
