The finished repair was first class but the time it took to go from estimate to the completed work was not good .It would appear too much work was taken on without sufficient staff to under take the work.

Company provided good communication at all times regarding my repair. A courtesy car was promptly delivered to my home. My car was also collected by the company because it was unsafe to drive. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The repair was delayed by availability of parts but this was communicated to me by reception staff and I was also contacted by repair technicians to update me. When collecting my vehicle I was given a full explanation of all work carried by the assessor who also explained about the warranty and reassured me that any any issues that occured following their work would be dealt with as as a priority. The only negative I had regarding the whole experience with Fix Auto was, that when I enquired about breakdown cover for the courtesy vehicle, I was told that there was no breakdown cover so this would need to be covered by my personal policy, which luckily for me covers any vehicle I drive, but this might not be the case for other customers. They did however apologise and recognised that this was an issue that warranted looking at.

Keys were locked away on day of pickup otherwise would have been 5 star

One point to note was I had a long wait between the damage happening and it actually going in for repair but to be fair the damage was extensive but not urgent.

Exceptional service, kept updated throughout the process and the team have completed an amazing repair. Dealing with a new BYD was challenging, but they went above and beyond.

I was informed through Watts App initially that my car would be ready on Monday 27th April but I didn’t receive any more information and had to message Fix Auto on Wed 29th for update. The car was returned on Friday 1st May.
The pick up / delivery pair of drivers were pleasant and seemed efficient.

Great customer service and my car looks like it hasn’t been in a crash

Incomplete insurance repair and patched up expensive headlamp. insisted car be taken or storage charges. Three delivery dates given, waited in twice, cancelled last minute. Headlamp not adjusted properly, had to pay to have adjusted. Car not repaired properly per the CRA2015. Very disappointing. Aiyana, however, was very helpful.

I found the company to be very efficient and clear in their booking and communications. I was very satisfied with the service they provided.
The one problem I had was on the return of my car I found all the wires unplugged from my dashcam and it left at a tilted angle, as if little care was taken pulling out the wires. This DESPITE my unplugging the power feed in the presence of their representative on handing over the car.
If customers property is interferred with, it should be returned in the state it was originally in.
