It was very well organised the staff were friendly and helpful and the repairs were done quickly

From the first point of contact all the way through the process of my car being repaired everything went smoothly. All staff were very polite and professional. I was kept informed via text /email. The car was looked after covering for seat and steering wheel to protect from messy hands.
When I collected the car it looked as if had just come out of a showroom. Very good workmanship a credit to the industry.

My Jaguar iPace had been damaged whilst parked; but thankfully the young lady had left contact details - thus no claim on my insurance. Fix Auto undertook the repairs and arranged replacement transport, all at no cost to me; they made an excellent job of the repair followed up by a letter from Jaguar confirming that the repair has been undertaken to their quality standard. There was a slight delay due to supply sourcing of the new headlamp, but otherwise the car was delivered polished and in perfect order.

Fantastic job! Dealt with my insurers as this garage was of my choice and they found issues that insurer recommended did not. They went above and beyond and I literally couldn’t be happier thank you for all your help and a job extremely well done!!!!

Fix Auto does what it says and on that point it does it very well. The car was returned and it looks as good as new.
The world we find ourselves in..rising prices, insurance companies ,supply chain issue. It is not so easy to run a professional operation which delivers what it promises.
A little more TLC at the front end could possibly improve the initial customer experience....but this needs to be viewed in the light of the supply chain issues and not over-promising timing. Ultimately the people doing the hot work repairing your vehicle produce a splendid job.
Paying for good service in this day and age is necessary. You can at least be reassured in the case of Fix auto it is an excellent product.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Big thanks to Marc who was very efficient in assessing the damage on my car and advised me on the process of repair. Also thanks to Sam and Andrea who made it possible to get me mobile again in a courtesy car and were wonderful to deal with throughout. The workmanship on my Mercedes was top notch, really happy with the finish and a bonus to receive a lifetime guarantee with the paintwork. My car was only in for 10 days and they even arranged an MOT as it expired whilst in with them so i could collect and drive away. Highly recommend all the team at fix auto.
