Outstanding Team

From start to finish, the team at Fix Auto in Shrewsbury were brilliant. Special mention to Tyler who kept us informed every step of the way. An insurance claim repair is always a headache, but Tyler made it easy and stress free. The end result regarding the repair is spot on! Good as new. Very happy customer and the quality of the team’s work has led to us utilising them for some private (non-insurance) cosmetic upgrades. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied customer.

Very good customer service with very friendly and professional staff.
Quality of repair was excellent and completed by the arranged time. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Great service…

The team at Fix Auto were polite and professional, easy to arrange for the work to be completed. I was given a car whilst the repair was being done.
Regular updates on progress and when the car was ready for collection.
Work completed to a high standard, the car was clean nice when i picked it up.

Polite and caring staff

Polite and caring staff. Staff who reassured me about the car repair. They stuck to the timetable of completion for repairs and offered help and advice . Excellent people skills from all staff I met.

Very poor repair leadtime, poor communication

Fix Auto were our nearest repairer after having a no fault accident.
Booking in was not the simplest of jobs, but, despite that, we still gave Fix Auto the repairs on our delivery van.
We were told that the repair would take from Monday to Thursday in the same week but whenever we called (Not one update recieved without chasing) the repair had a 2 day delay on completion, which by the time the vehicle was ready for collection, it had been there 2 weeks.
Poor communication and even worse repair leadtime. I will not be using them in the future.
