My Car was picked up at a time that suited me. The gentleman who delivered my courtesy car was very polite and helpful . He explained details of the car as it was a different make to mine . Auto fit the professionals. 100%
Auto fit collected my car and left me with a hire car that was the newest updated version of my own.
The man that dropped it off was very helpful and friendly. The repair came back a few days later, repaired, shiny and clean but most importantly pretty again after the crash.
The young man who returned it, again was friendly and very polite.
I’m so happy with this company and would advise anyone to use their service. 10/10.

Pleasure to deal with
Initial communication was clear, Car was started and finished as promised and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Repair was as expected flawless, and they even cleaned the rest of the car.

Excellent work and caring service.
Following an incident involving my beloved new VW camper and a big puddle, Fixauto did an outstanding job of ensuring all water was removed from engine, replaced all filters and engine fluids and ensured engine was functioning beautifully. They then enabled me to find a garage able to test a slight new whistle from the turbo. At all times, I was treated with great care. I was kept informed of progress throughout.

Back in September we had a car accident…
Back in September we had a car accident where someone drove over a red light into the side of our vehicle. Dealing with our insurance company was extremely stressful however as soon as our car was collected by Fix Auto things immediately improved, they were so professional and friendly especially Jamie who sorted everything out every step of the way and always kept me in the loop of what was happening he spoke to our insurance company on our behalf and got back to me explaining everything in detail of what to expect next. I would have no hesitation in using this company they are absolutely brilliant and every member of staff I encountered were equally as efficient. Thank you for a very smooth experience and it’s so lovely to have our car back. Top marks all round.

Brilliant service exceptional
Jamie fully informed what/how things were being dealt with what I needed to do, and in fact, everything was taken in hand. Being the first accident I have had and a widow he led me through the process and made it so easy. All the drivers who picked up my car and again dropped it back to me were again exceptional thank you
