(Big shout out to the valet team) The Driver who collected my car was very friendly and efficient and Rav and colleagues were helpful and professional with the hand over. My car was turned around within a week and I would throughly recommend their services.

Having read the excellent reviews of Fix Auto Mitcham, I decided to have my BMW repaired there after a small car accident. And I have to say, I was not disappointed in the slightest. Just picked up my car from Fix Auto Mitcham - car was looking great, they gave it a quick clean as well as fixing the damage, they also fixed a panel (for free) that was slightly out of line. Very quick repair turnaround, good communication, polite and helpful. Happy to recommend Daniel and his team. Rav even helped me load my bike into the car on collection!

In fairness, the communication at the beginning was a little lacking however my delight at the results when I saw my van fully repaired cannot be understated and I would even go as far as to say that my vehicle is in a better condition than it was before the accident. Truly a happy accident.

The service we received from Fix Auto was absolutely amazing. This is the second time they worked on our car to fix damages and did an amazing job. They were very communicative and helpful and the work was done quickly. They also came to pick up my car and dropped it off. I am more than happy with the services and help provided.
