Excellent Service
Not only did they do a brilliant job on my repair but they cleaned the car inside and out (and it really was a mess!). The staff are all friendly and helpful. I really can't fault the service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Matlock
At Matlock you was very helpful and my car came back clean. We did not have to take our car they collect it and bought it back. Hire car arranged, this is why I gave them 5 stars.

Thanks to Fix Auto in Matlock for their help after we had a crash on the M1 and had damage to our car.
Throughout the process (as we are based in London ) we were given updates of the repairs and in regular contact via phone and email.
Thanks to Kerri, Beccy and David for all your help. Their dedication to high standards of customer service stands them apart. I highly recommend Auto Fix if anyone is in need of reliable and trustworthy car repair services in the Matlock area.

Can’t speak highly enough about these guys. All staff are super friendly, professional, helpful and did a great job on my van. I was given various options to repair, and prices seemed fair. The work was done on time and it looks great.

I recently used Fix Auto Matlock due to a non-fault accident. I hadn’t heard of them before but will use them in future should I need to.
The repairs were quick yet to a high standard and I have no complaints. The receptionist Kerri was amazing to deal with, she provided updates, good communication and ensured I had my vehicle delivered back in time for work the next day.

I was very impressed with the service I received by Fix Auto Matlock. The repair they did on my car was excellent as was the communication about its progress. I was provided with a curtesy car so was not inconvenienced at all and my beloved mini came back as good as new.

They collected the vehicle for repair and returned it to us and we are delighted with the results you cannot tell it had been involved in an accident.
