Although my car is taking time to fix I cannot blame auto fix but the manufacturer Vauxhall who cannot supply the parts for some reason.
But I fully support auto fix in their efforts in trying to get the parts.

Communication was accurate and professional. The repair was carried out very quickly and the whole process was seamless and easy. All appointments were kept on time which took all the stress away

I was given different kind of information. Regarding delivery of parts also how long I could keep the courtesy car. And due to the fact the mot ran out while they had the car. Which I explained before they booked me for the work to carried out. But was told it would be back in time. Hence then told them on the return of my it would not be legal to drive no mot. I was told a lorry would drop it off. The after a text at 4.50pm. I was told my car was ready to be collected 2 weeks before it was supposed to be ready. I was told it will be delivered the next day. I had to inform them yet again it not legal on the road. As I explained I had booked it for 2 weeks time after I had been informed that due to the parts not coming in until 28th Feb. I had arranged it for 2nd week in March. I asked that was OK. Was told yes as it would take a few days to put the parts on. Due to this car ready early now. Hard to get a mot booked in. Then I was told if they dropped it off by they would charge me. After beening told in the first conversation there was no charge for this it in with the our insurance. I asked to speak to a manager. Which I did the next day. Alex who was helpful. Said he get it mot done and pay auto fix. Which he did. The recpection staff on the phone. One was very abrut and dissmive on the phone. Told I was going round in circles. Hence I was only going by the information that was given to myself at the time. By auto fix. There is no guide lines between the reception staff on the phones and communication. In regards guide lines. What they advise. And then change there mind. Thank goodness for Alex the manager there liverpool South. Fix auto

I've had a terrible experience. Not only are the repairs which this company have done to my car are substandard ( bmw will not take my car in part exchange because of standard of repairs) when I've asked to have them rectified thay at first were uninterested and the threatening.
Avoid

Staff are really helpful went out of their way to help when they had not received an email from my insurance to waive my excess.
Kept me informed on where the process was up to when I phoned and even dropped my car off when the repair was completed.

Well pleased.

Got my car back yesterday after 6 weeks due to parts being unavailable. Really pleased with the repairs, the car looks like new and was handed back spotless. I would highly recommend this company.

Great repair job on my vehicle they even pick the vehicle up and delivered back home.

Communication was really good and my car was brought back to me better tgan bew!

Once you picked up the car the service was great. However we had to wait from the August till December for you to do repairs. We were told it was due to lack of curtesy cars.

Fix auto repaired my Audi Q3 after an accident. They completed the work in a timely manner and to an exceptional standard. The vehicle had been cleaned inside and out and returned to my doorstep. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Very good service, kept up to date and was given a good courtesy car, also my car was dropped off at my work, only bad thing I noticed was some parts of my bumper were not properly secured to the underneath of my car.

Can't fault my experience with Fix Auto; regular updates by text to let me know the stages of repair, prompt repair time (two weeks) and full valet of the car prior to returning to me. The lady on the Customer Services desk was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Fix Auto to anyone looking for repairs.
